Ive been strugglin to eat points ... but im off to a wedding tomo, ile be filling up on the gorg food there ,,, Mmmmmm ,,
 
Hiya Claire, what do you eat - as in extras to use your weeklies? I'm struggling to eat my weeklies I'm making bad choices, crisps, biscuits junky type foods just to use them up.

Why don't ye try drinking something with points in? Some juice or milk if you're finding it tough to eat them!?
I'm the other way around, find it tough NOT to eat them :p

... I usually try to use my 'dailies' for meals .. then my weeklies i eat crisps & biscuits ... its been mostly crisps this week tho .... Oooooppsss!! 2 packs of squares for 5 points has been my life saver this week :eek::rolleyes: .... oh and jammy dodger chocy biscuits ... Mmmmmm ....

I avn't got non tho Sarah, that's the problem look at my diary for the last week it's all extras like crisps, biscuits. I STS this week and coz I gained 2 weeks ago it means I've lost no weight atall for 4 weeks. I've been to the gym and swum everyday so I really think I need to cut back on the rubbish :(

Oh poor love... I lost 2lb in the last 4 weeks cuz I gained 2 (lost that then 2 more but seems like feck all for a whole month now). Seems it'll take forever to get to goal at this rate eh?! But we can only do the best we can hon... i dont think a few treats should do too much damage though ;) xx
 
Dont worry girlies ... before the holiday i was 9st3 for about 6 weeks :eek: nowt would budge it ... then i went on hol put on 3.5 lbs and im slowly loosin about a pound a week ... and i bet ya, i get stuck at 9st3 againnnnnn .... i think we all end up hittin a 'plateau' ... nothin will budge until ur bodies ready ....... altho recently ive found that if u literally spend your 'dailies' on just meals ... and your 'weeklies' on treats .. ive been loosing .... as i was eating small pointed meals and saving like 10 points out my dailies for crisps and other junk ... ;)

Taaarrrrr, i have half a stone to loose .... if i can loose a pound a week, ile be sorted just before xmas .. so i can eat it all back on ....... :p

fried egg toastie = 7 .................... 13

Tea
Asda special range chicken wrapped in bacon with marmalade jam (sounds weird but FIT) = 6
Jacket spud with marg = = 7
stuffing = 3
veggies = 0 ............................... 29

i went to a wedding yesterday and ate some GORGEOUS foods so just took it off my weeklies ... so 36/49 remains ...... :rolleyes:
