So I have 48 pounds to lose off my body, if I do 2lbs a week it's 24 weeks so around six months. I'm taking a look at red and green days see what they look like and success express - honestly I love extra easy it's a plod but I wondered about shaking it up a big - what slimming world method works for others please share your thoughts x x
I always found with EE I never got any results. As you know I do Red/Green days and have had a loss every week. I'm never likely to have 2lbs lost I'm not too far from my goal but im sure you'll succeed. I enjoy not worrying about the 1/3 superfree rule which makes staying on plan easier. I do find it easier having 2 HEBs too
I love thanksgiving I started to include it a few years ago - although I try to be grateful as much as possible it's nice to have a day dedicated to really thinking how lucky we are <3
So yesterday hubby was at work saying he fancied a Chinese today and I then text him saying"I'm thinking fake away Chinese tomorrow".
How funny so he is pleased, I am pleased and this is today's menu.
Also I went to morrisons, and used a voucher for fruits and veg, lidls as I had seen a great haul from there recently, and b and m I now have a new cute hot choc mug

I tried the KFC that was yum, the coleslaw, chips and burger. I'm going to try the ring pizza with salad in the middle not sure when though.
Lots of filling foods I think leftovers for tomorrow's tea as well by looks of it - that's good as hubby is working tomorrow night do that will be me sorted
