I love that I can enjoy my days now and not constantly fight the pangs of hunger. I used to think I couldn't eat these types of food, that they were fat makers and evil. I used to think carbs were the devil - oh how bloody wrong I was! I have never felt so natural with my food relationship - right now is the best balanced diet I have ever had. Everything is improving and I am happier.

My pictures may look big and like I have no portion control, yet I have learnt to stop when I am comfortable. No guilt to leftovers they go to the chickens, win win lol I understand why I need protein, fibre, carbs - macro and micro nutrients. I feel finally I am living my life to the full - continuing to repair the damage of this year - regain my confidence and build self esteem - not because I put in weight but because of all the negative events that transpired! I'm healing my life and I feel much better already for it.

Judgments are not welcomed here - just be merry ;)

Thinking about buying a set of ceramic pots and pans as I read somewhere you do not need oil or frylite when using them! Does anyone else use them?? Do you use spray?

I know I have a George Foreman grill coming for Xmas - everything will be grilled haha even bell peppers :)

Using my soup maker today I do love a kitchen appliance or two x
