Today is changing a bit as it's star week I am aware of my bodies little quirks
I was like a fever diva last night which is why I could not sleep, I was boiling. Pain is there but not as bad as last month I'm hoping this is as max it gets this month showing signs of improvement. I actually asked the consultant to give me a hysterectomy last appointment, she advised it wouldn't help and I was ok with trialling different things and advising I was on SW. She was overjoyed and told me to lose as much as I could by February for a laparoscopy. Now I hope this plan and walking moving more in general may just rectify everything any way! Is it wrong to trust and believe in that ... Hmmm time will tell. So to avoid a star week one day blowout I am swapping soup for SW chips and one table spoon of ketchup - potato is a free food and should provide a starchy sugar fix. Ketchup just because I am a sauce monster but I measure lol. A hot chocolate should also help - and now my menu equal nine which means if I get desparate I can have half a curly wurly and a packet of space raiders. I'm hoping the chips satisfies my hormones and I can start to normalise these monthly visits. I'm loading weight under my bust and above my belly button how random is that :-0 I can also see my legs toning yayyy I have some fancy leggings I have not worn yet as I would prefer to feel more comfortable in them and I think I may wear them Xmas day
We are have seafood platter Xmas evening and I have ordered a couple of lobsters - seafood is a tradition in our home.
