I looove those meringue nests, esp with fruit and a yummy yogurt... they make me feel like I'm having a naughty pud!

I have been having muller and crushed meringue and it is tasty and a really filling pudding that satisfies my sweet tooth =)

I finished day on 7 syns and I know it's because the meringue stops the cravings with the berries and yogurt - it's wonderful even hubby looks forward to it all day lol.

The bolognese with rice noodles was lovely too made me feel all Italian lol

I am now allowing myself to think if trips I want to do now the sale of the flat is really getting underway!!

There's opportunity here when I'm based I had a lovely placement at a Christian nursery I'm looking to do reception class at a school soon.

My aims are
To work in a school environment and if I ever fall pregnant to switch to childminding once ready.

I do hope to travel though lol
