I just imputed my typical day into mfp it equaled 1400 then my walk took it down to 1200 I'm happy with that slimming world still amazes me - that includes bread potato desserts and such like - I can see how it works for me now

I thought that too I just thought I wonder what I eat lol and I am happy with trusting in the plan because it seems to make sense now - I used to eat around that when I was cc so I think this creator of SW must be my new hero lol

Poured into two silicone loaf trays cooked.
Lee took one to work and heated with beans
I section my one into three portions
I placed half a portion into this this sliced 25 g of light cheddar
Them put other half on top and place 5 g slice of cheese on top reheated in my halogen for 20 mins
They look after us for sure lol the support has been phenomenal my dad gets me out walking the dogs at the crack of dawn!! My hubby tries his best and my mum gets confused but she cheerleads me on bless - I'm very thankful for that anyways Iv gone soppy haha
