Day 25, wow, I can't believe that at my next weigh in I will have completed 4 weeks of exante. Feeling much better today, I've just had a big cup of boullion & a shake. I've been working, then to my mils & shopping so I still have another shake to have later on too as I didn't take one with me. I am hoping to have a good loss this week, would be nice to see 4-5lb gone but that might be a bit unrealistic, dh has hidden the scales so it will be a surprise on weds morning.
Looking forward to AAMW next week. Planning on going back to my friend's house for our fat club for the first time since I started and sitting, socialising & eating with them. I will probably not have a meal every day, maybe just see how I feel and eat if I want to.
I'm not missing the bars like I thought I would, maybe I should put them back in next week whilst I'm AAMW, then do shakes only again the week after. Looking forward to a lie in tomorrow, my big two are at mils and dh is getting up with the toddler. I plan to make the most of the rest.
