Bren, are you in Melbourne? Im listening to the radio and they're live from Melbourne at the Open cos of Murray. The poor guy just said it's twenty to one in the morning!

So far today i've had

1 bowl bran flakes, 50g - 163
1 chicken caesar salad - 136
1 portion of pineapple - 35
1 packet shapers crisps (i fancied a 'treat') - 65

that's 399 cals all together. I also have some pieces of apple to eat in a bit at 41 cals. I prefer how i've done it today, spreading it out more but keeping it low...

I'm also on about 1.6 litres of water :)

I'm on 1.5ltrs now. It's definitely getting easier & I'm not off to the loo so often now either!! x:8855:

I'm doing well on my water as well, just started my 7th pint. :)
 
Elle is your salad a shop bought one? Check the calories carefully as I once had one thinking it was really low in cals only to realise that the calories were per 1/4 pack!
 
boots shapers taz. they put the calories of it all on the front... I know what you mean though. You've really got to look carefully. x
 
hi hope all is well theres some good points on here from bren and everyone, i hit a weight ages ago and I gave up after 2 weeks because I wasnt looseing anything, so i regret it now, so I can only say dont give up.
 
evening all! :) well, heres what i ate when i got home.

I had 1 apple.. about 50 cals
and then i couldnt be arsed to calculate something to eat so what I did was, my dad was makinng risotto with prawns, carrots and asparagus. So i put a bit into a bowl trying to get more veg in. And then I cut up a tomato, some cucumber, a stick of celery and some red pepper and put it in a bowl, put some balsamic vinegar and salt on it and ate. I tried to leave as much rice as I could, i think I left behind just under a third of what i put in my plate. I hope that works ok..

Elle that's just what you need and I can't wait to here about how you feel normal in the morning. Remember even if you dont loose, if you gain or stay the same you are just giving you body a little taste of normality and in 2 days you should start moving again.

Well, i weighed in earlier. Came out at 12st 8lbs. So theoretically im back to pre xmas. However, i hadn't been to the toilet *ahem* in three days. Unfortunately, tha situation has changed now, but I can't see the difference till tomorrow morning (if there be difference). Cos, you know, after showering and food etc, it won't be the same anyway will it. But hey, still, what? A pound? I'll take that, even if i did suffer... heehee

Bren, thanks for the words of support, you've made me feel a lot better!

Well, I've said it before and I'll say it again - that pound would be much more of an issue if it was a gain wouldn't it? SO CELEBRATE!!!!!!
