So i thought I'd take the plunge and start a diary

Thanks guys. Really demotivated. Off track and struggling! Almost managing but forgetting oat bran, eating packed meats. (lack f planning so they're breaded or crumbed) and too much dairy!! Onward an downward I hope this week !
 
We all have wobbles, draw a line and dont dwell on it, tomorrows going to be a new positive day, get the menu planner out on the fridge sort your shopping out so there is food to eat and youll be as right as rain, onwards and downwards xx
 
Too much dairy and no oatbran again today, and some crispy onions. Protein was good though- lots of that! Fed up waiting for those next 5.5lb. Behaving from tomorrow and going to see where I stand by the end of August, then think of conso! x
 
evening, are you feeling a little better? you sounded like your motivation was flagging yesterday. Hope you've had a good Dukan day x
 
It's been flagging a lot ! Main issue was app not working on iPhone but I now have a shiny new one! Don't feel great about the diet still, had a few wee treats. (lamb etx). Yesterday had:

B: 2 boiled eggs
L: 3 venison sausages
Steak
Chicken

D: 1/2lb ox tongue

Snack: dukan cake with total icing and sweetner

Drinks: Pepsi max, diluting lime

I need to snap out of this!! Today is good so far. Wearing an old uniform
By mistake and it's like a tent!

Need o up exercise- went a hack last night

Still 5.5 lb as far as I know. Neglecting weighing as I don't feel good about the diet just now.

Todau:

B:3 boiled eggs

S: prawns

L: 2 grilled mushrooms, chicken and steak. Tuna with tomato purée

D: smoked salmon

Drinks: diluting juice

Plan oatbran in some connotation when I go home!

What is it your not feeling good about? Is it the food or are you getting impatient to get to tw??? Massive hugs xxx
 
Impatient, bored and feel I'm not losing despite being 95% good!! Frustrated mainly- tw seems so distant!

Oatbran total 0% and sweetner snack. Then packaged up all the reduced lidl meat for the freezer. Realised I have about 15 chicken breasts 8 steaks and chopped beef in there and that's without delving deeper! Would save lots if I ate it!!
 
Oh I felt just like u at the end of cruise and Sara feeling it to!!! Dig ur heels in and give urself a two week run of cruise to see if u can get rid of those last few pounds!!! After that maybe consider conso??? I can't explain why I felt like that at the end of cruise when I had pretty much breezed through it till then!!! Btw ur menus look fab to me!!! X
 
Thanks trudy. I realised I'm craving sauces badly. I've not been organised with pp/pv either so keep doing too many pp. going to try hard for a couple of weeks as you say and see from there. It's frustrating that initially I could lose half a stone in three weeks yet 6 weeks on (inc a holiday with naughty food!) I'm exactly the same!!

3 nsv for me- I'm two shoe sizes smaller!
I had to order a size 8 suit jacket as 10 was too big (albeit in m and s)
A patient told me I could do with a good feed!

Today I stuck to Dukan despite being STARVING at the olympic football!

Breakfast: 3 boiled egg yolks, then 2 poached eggs as I dropped the boiled eggs on the floor before I could finish them!

Lunch: Grilled Chicken

Tea: 3 turkey steaks
2 packets breasola
dijon mustard

planned for later: yoghurt and oatbran (too tired to make muffins!)

drinks: diet coke, diet lemonade.

Think I'm definitely in ketosis- could taste my breath today! Yuck!

Keep going hun your almost there, dont get bored, get cooking and planning, variety is the spice of life. Cx
 
Thinking of investing in shirataki noodles to try to spice things up a bit! " carbonara" and "bolognese". I've decided I'm definitely weighing on Sunday. The problem is I'll need to make Saturday pp and it should be pv. Do I make tomorrow an extra pv or do 2 pp? Tips please!
 
Id do pp Friday and Saturday to give you a boost, xxx I'm doing that xxx
 
Thanks Sid and Pauline. Made bns chips tonight. A bit burnt but yummy!!! A new fave! Will be good for two days and weigh at work on Sunday!
