Oooh hope so Kieragh!! I've been so good! Would like to get into the 10's very soon so if not this week then definately next!!

How's the running going? I have my fingers crossed that my life will be horse stress free for the next few months while my nags continue their recovery in the field so i'll be making some time to start my running again! Off to have a nosy at your diary now as I'm on the comp for a change and not my phone! X

Aww poor animals, how are they getting on? The work u do is admirable. Running ok, another one tomorrow morning is due but rather than the longer run might do an interval based one from wk 2 and see if it's easier on my chest/ throat. Don't want to miss it cause I'll lose what I've built upto now.

I would usually but I was completely done in by then and it was easier than peeling potatoes!

No not this week, plus think hubby taking me away today for our anniversary so not sure when I'll get to weigh!! Good luck x
