Sona on Dukan Diet- Restart

Carbohydrate 0.7g
Fat 1.7g

i am not having a table spoon just a thin spread.

WI today was 12.2 after a pp day on PV tomorow.. and the
age old problem is back! agghh

jo- tech support , mind draining stupid customers... that sort of thing! lol
 
sealing is yes Sona, getting a frying pan out and get it hot and get your meat nice and brown on all sides (inc edges). this seals in the juices. trust me it works. it gets all caramelized and then this goes into the stock/water and tastes lovely.


how to achieve the same result without a slow cooker? im not buying one just yet.. pay day today and im already skint!

maybe get one in december... :-(

Diet going ok i seem to be running out of food pretty quick as i was un prepared this week! gona get back on top of it next week, menu ans shopping list already done!! woop!! WI today was still 12.2. so thats goof after a PV day got PP today and will WI on sunday morning for official weekly WI.

Its slow slow slow but as long as its coming down im ok.
hows ur diet coming along? whats WI now?? are u on track for ur
next goal?

I'm the same fastly running out of food this week...maybe we're eating more with the cold weather? :)

Dukan was tricky for me last week with meat eating issues...but seem to have gotten over it by being a bit more inventive with foods...so plodding on for now :)

I usually WI on Fridays but this week I will be WI on Thursday :)

Am I on track for my goal?...erm... good question!:)

I've 7lbs to lose in about 2.5 weeks and a weekend away in that time too...so probably not on-track for goal...but if I can get into the 10's I'll be content with that...so might raise goal by 4lbs :eek: x
 
i know how u feel ive got like 14 days to lose 9lbs and that is NOT gona happen. if i can get in to the 11's beforemy trip to newcastle il be happy with that and then just take it from there!

it was soo much easier to lose last time i duno why my weight is being for stubborn this time! Clothes fit alright i just feel sooo huge!

Morning!!

WI was 12.2! not really going anywhere!! Im blaming water retention and constipation for this! I dont think my body is gona go backto normal untill ive have a propper TOM just always bloated and cant go unless i take something or drink something to help with digestion! sad but true! Still trotting on! As i said before im happier being on a diet than not i prefer restriction to open access to food!! Im not a binge eater i just seem to eat the wrong food for my body!( carbs!)

Anyway hope u guys are doing well, busy at work todayq ill be back later xxxx

I wonder if you should try flaxseed meal with your oat bran. A half half mixture? Im vegetarian and I'm allowed 4 Tsp, why dont you try 3, with 2 of oat and 1 of flaxseed meal. It should keep you regular?

Also on PV days, try and have protein with your veges?

Keep at it hun and it will shift!

i didnt know we were allowed flaxseed? doesnt have have like ALOT of calories? hmm i have some from my atkins days il try it! cheers!

I AM drinking water maybe not plenty!!
nope gona back to normal coffee... latte are just a treat now!

B- Oat bread with phili, double coffee
S- coffee
L- Chicken soup and shape yogart
S- coffee or another yogart
D- chicken stirfry ( cabbage, lettuce, tomato's, onion, leek)

No gym again this week! just dont seem to be able to fit it in! Will try to go on thursday and friday if i can! early shift at work just as bad as late shift! i get home earlier so hubby makes plans to DO stuff!! aagghh

having a huge issue at the moment with constipation! so far in the last 3 days ive had laxi- nothing, lactalos- nothing, movicol - nothing.. water/ coffee/ tea.. - nothing!!

I had flaxseed mixed with my oatbran today as a muffin so see how i get on...


On a naughty note ( sorry jo n vicky dnt hurt me) i kept to plan yesterday.... had my muffin, then soup and yogart for my lunch... then went to blackpool with my lil one and hubby.... (it rained) and i shared some chips with my lil boy.. ( he had most of them it was his tea!)

then had some soup before dinner and bolw of cereal...........and some smarties..... and some iron bru rock...... and 1 wearther original.

I know ive done wrong! but back on track today.. muffin for brekki, soup for lunch and chicken and egg for dinner i promise!! and maybe my body can realise its been give bad stuff and might try to get rid of it..? hmmm lolzz its all for the greater good.
 
Dont worry about the chips Sona. Get straight back into it today, you have had your little fix now. Hope the flaxseed meal works and the g/tea.
