Sona on Dukan Diet- Restart

hi Sona - hope you're feeling brighter. You're doing really well!
 
Hi ladies!

Thanks for ur messages! I guess im ok just seem to get irritated alot recently! Wi this morning was 12.5 so i seem to have gained 1 lb during the week making total loss 3lbs in attack week! Starting cruise today... On a pp day lol so pv tomorow!

Had a naught chicken donner today!

B- oat porridge. Tea
L- late. Half chicken donner meat only
D- rest of chicken donner and cottage cheese

Morning peeps!!

Very early shift at work today! AND hubby back from his holiday so very excited to get back home!! woop!

On to cruise and first PV day today!

B- 2 boiled eggs and (a small latte) thats all my milk gone for today!

S- oat muffin (now or later)

L- chicken, kebab and salad

S- yogart or muffin

D- mushroom stirfry and some some beef chucked in..
(im going to shread it and fry light it a little to make it crispyish)

Feeling good today!! woop!
 
Managed to get my beef cooked last night
today i gotta make my chicken tikka and also going to cook some
cauli mash sheapreds pie OR make a big tray of home made donner kebab with chicken mince!

Ive seen a reciepie on slimmers world which would be dukan friendly and very similar to how i make my kebabs (burgers)

So all u do instead of making small burgers you press the mince with all the added spices etc in to a big rectangle baking tray and cook it till its fully.. cooked. lol cut in to smaller squares and eat with salad?
you could probs have it with dukan "bread" aswell

I'm worried about your "naughty chicken donner" though. Might it have brought you out of ketosis? This diet really doesn't allow "naughties"! If you're hungrier than usual today, you'll know... !
 
naughty naughty. as jo says no naughties allowed its a waste of time dieting otherwise :(

lolz yes mam!

im cooking my chicken tonight! marinate with fat free yog, lemon and spices and cook in the pot! i feel much better today though! my hubbys coming home YEY! lol
 
Fabulous... next time he goes away, though, you need a contingency plan. (Kind of like my last Sunday's "ok you wanna binge? eat all you like, but it's gotta be Dukan" challenge!)
 
lolz i actually wanted him to notice a change when he came back! Well he didnt! he didnt see what i wanted him to see he only wanted to see what he hadnt all week! IF u get my meaning!

Early start at work today! yesterdays PV day went very well! i didnt end up having a salad at lunch as i was stuffed plus all they had in salad bad was lettuce and a ton of pasta and potato items!

Had some chicken soup when i got home at 5.30 and a late dinner at 9 of mushroom strifry with shredded beef was lush!.

Today intend on having

B- 2 boiled eggs
S- oatmuffin
L- chicken and kebab
S- yogart
SS- soup when i get in from work (6.30)

Later
D- beef, masala fish and cottage cheese! weird lil mix but love it!

Back at the gym today after having a week off!!

Thats the thing.. i never have the right food at home to binge on! I thought i was making a good choise with the chicken kebab! but obviously it was naughty due to the oil that must have been used at some point to make it crispy and the marinate! This week will be better! i feel like im in the swing of things now! got my dukan hat on and getting in to shape for my holiday end of may! Im off to Italy!! WOOP

i could have been drifiting! i do that alot!! lolz hope ur enjoying ur dukaning!! im trying to get the hang of it again!will no doubt nosy in ur diary!!
