my man will notice if i put weight on but not if i lose it! not that i really care! i just want someone i havent seen for a week to see if they notice a diffrence! lolz stupid really.
 
That's right, but it was 3pm UK time (4pm French time) when you said it was 5pm... so I thought you were somewhere exotic!!
 
Morning ladies!!

Well i took a sneaky peak today and seem to have dropped 2lbs!! woop! im hoping to stay on this track for next few days!! wish me alot of luck! (i reallly need it!) once my body realises what im doing it WILL fight back!
 
How awful - that means you had to work 2 hours longer than you thought with your diminishing food supplies!!

lolz i have not used my wii fitt for a while now.... it used to tell me off all the time so i stuck it in a box with a phone and no air holes! heheh *evil*

lol... love the wii fit idea :) granted i only use mine for weighing in - not sure how accurate it is.... at least it gets used for something :D....foot issues at the moment - so no exercise 'til i've seen the doc :) x
 
Food so far today and planned ahead:

B- 1 egg, 1 egg white ommlett, dash of milk and spices
2 chicken patties ( oh yesh brekki for kings)

S- oat choc muffin and coffee ( i know i know)
3 wafer thin chicken slices

L- chicken soup and ww yogart

S- maybe small portion of soup

D- Beef with cottage cheese
frozen ww toffee yogart
 
A body builder man told me once tha having cottage cheese with beef helps the old... digestive system if u know what mean! Im guna have to start my herbal tea's again too...

lolz thay are pretty basic hun! ive not had tme to get inventive yet! plus i eat the same stuff more or less all the time! boring me thinks!.. oh i just rememberd i bought fish! might try one on my steam bags tonight with a bit of masala fish! hmmm

im on late shift most of the week and going home early on some days to look after my lil one the hubby is on holiday so wont be at gymt his week. have been gong 2-3 times a week for a few weeks now! disnt see much loss with gym and slimmers world but i was getting some exercise in which is good for the soul! hehe Hope ur foot gets well soon!

S- oat choc muffin <no choc on attack, and only 1tspn per day thereafter IF weight loss not stalling - AND it has to be the lowest of the lowest fat choc... and coffee> ( i know i know)

L- chicken soup and ww yogart <is ww yoghurt fat free? smooth? no pieces of fruit in attack!>

S- maybe small portion of soup <homemade I hope!>

D- Beef with cottage cheese
frozen ww toffee yogart <dunno the composition of these WW things - Muller Lite toffees are ok Dukan>

Sarah - exercise without feet... I'm thinking water... and swimming!! hmm... if foot open wound though, perhaps not... can you do stretching?
 
swimming is not my thing at all :)...I flail...badly and end up drinking more chlorine than is healthy :(

stretching....hmm there's a thought :) ta hun x
 
My GP recommends stretching for my (at times) bad back. He gave me a sheet of exercises. I folded it up carefully and put it in my drawer. Hmm. You'll have to let me know what you do and how you get on. I don't have an exercise mat (and don't want one either!)... haaa! so I'll only stretch on my feet!
