I seem to have the effect of getting info out of people. Lol! People are very (mostly) honest and tell me a lot of stuff. I don't really have a tmi limit, so all good ;)

G;ad your shoot went well in the end. And the Japanese place sounds goood :D I've got a serious craving for Indian food atm :rolleyes: Might have to make a curry!! Or save up lots of syns for a takeaway seen as I'm not going out *sulks* :p

I wonder how many syns chicken tikka massala is... I know naan bread is way out but I used to just order the massala sauce without chicken and dip the naan... would love it just with rice even :p

-1.5lbs for mid week WI! Happy with that- means 4.5 overall on * week- wtf? :D
Also I see the 'overweight' BMI group slipping into view on my wii fit :O when I started weighing myself on there I was at the top of the obese scale, fairly near the cut off weight for even using it I think! But my BMI will have me in the overweight catagory at 16st3 or so- new mini goal! And that is 1lb further than 4st award too. Exciting :) hope to reach it before I go to Florida mid July!

Am so knackered today, I got all excited about the idea of joining the gym (JUST as we were going to bed) and it took ages to fall asleep. I think I'll join the EasyGym- Easyjet gym! It's a 20 min bus away buuut it's a 10 min drive, and there is a cineworld there, and gym membership will give us free parking. So Gerard can drop me, go see a film and I can do a class and a work out or something a couple of times a week. It's £30 a month including a lot of classes that I'd like to do (boxing and martial arts, etc) so I think it could be good. Also, no contract or signing up fees, just £30 a month whenever you want to be there, so that's pretty cool- can try it without extra costs.
But, yeah- took ages to get to sleep and had to get up early as am meeting friend in an hour- better get in the shower now! x
 
It's so frustrating getting excited about something just before you go to bed lol. But that does sound really good and like it's in the perfect place really. You could also go see a film before the gym ;)

Another 1.5lb's off is incredible!! I think you'll get your 4st award before July ;) Getting in to the overweight category was a major achievement for me too. I was SO happy to be just overweight :D I'm so close to being within a normal weight it's beyond frustrating. I've been yo-yo'ing the same couple of pounds for months now. I just want my 4.5st award and having a healthy BMI! Tbh my goal weight is towards the top end of healthy BMI, but with a decent allowance for my stupid gains.

I LOVE Indian food so much. I normally get either a byriani with fruity sauce (Dansak) or fruity rice with Dansak. Sides of saag paneer and bombay potatoes. And a HUGE Kashmiri Naan. Om nom nom!!! I don't skimp when it comes to Indian food. Such a shame it's not quite as 'healthy' as Chinese ;) I do like Chinese, but there aren't any decent takeaway's here. xx

Yo-yoing must suck :( I really feel for you. I felt so helpless before... I guess pulling the reigns a bit helped! I'm going to start using green days to treat myself- like if I fancy nosh I'll have a nice potato pancake/pasta day! Maybe tomorrow :p I feel like some carbs now.

I think the Gym plan will be good; maybe go for a film after ;) as the issue is paying for parking. Think the gym gives you 2 hours free, and it's free after 6pm... though I think the best classes are evenings anyway. I hope it works! Back to that place of "no point joining yet as I'll be away half of next week" so hopefully wont get lazy when I return!

Flights for Saudi Arabia are being finalised now, looks like I'll be leaving Weds morn and landing home Sat 6am *cry* I'm going to be so smashed by jet lag! The other option that two of the girls are taking is a 10am flight home which means (shoot finishes at 4am, usually back by 5am) leaving for airport at 7am! CAN'T DO THAT. Nononono. At least my way I'll get to lie in as much as I want, then the evening to chill out, then a night flight. Hoping I can still get that flight though, as it's all being booked last minute and sometimes books up o_O
At least I'm not stressed food wise this time (last time got back and had a -3 after plateau month!)

Getting a bit hungry again so might have a hex sandwich soon- Cheese and Matzo maybe with some pickle, and maybe an accompanying yoghurt.
Met friend and Shisha bar but she didn't want shisha :S bit of a let down as I fancied it but didn't want to pay £13 (we normally split one). She didn't have cake though- just mint tea (very sugary Moroccan style though) so I stuck to my NAS squash :)

Had a half an hour walk today (in the rain, with no brolly) to save bus fares. Went into a clothes shop I liked and tried on a dress- non elasticated- and was bang between sizes. 18 was too loose, 16 too tight- but I did fit it ;) it was just too tight on bust/chest, I recon another inch and it'll fit. I liked it tighter than looser though so bought the 16 and hope to be in it by Florida in July :D I def have some back flab to loose, so shouldn't have to come off of my small boobs, lol.

Have been SO knackered this afternoon though, really sleepy... Might just put laptop away now and read for a while and head to bed hopefully before midnight for once. Too many 3.30am's recently. Hate waking up midday!

Other friend cancelled this evening- to hang out with her dad :S er...
She's back from uni now for good, and living at home, but wanted to spend time with him before going on holiday this weekend. Kinda sucked though because she told me a few hours before coming over and wasn't apologetic, was just like "Yo, am gonna hang with my dad instead" which was annoying. :/
 
Yeah when I have an Indian (maybe 2 or 3 times a year!) I completely ignore syns/cals!! Too stressful lol.

I'm still absolutely convinced that my gains/slow losses are thyroid issues. Haven't had it in me to start the research and challenge process yet though. Maybe I'll have the energy soon....probably not ;) I've gotta go see him soon anyway coz I'm due my injection. So will lay it on about just how bad I've been feeling and maybe ask some questions. I do need to know about my x-rays as well tho :rolleyes: Yeah, I put things off....

Oof your flights sound so draining!! Don't envy you at all. But think of the pennies :)

That is really annoying about your friend. I tried to arrange to see my friends because I couldn't make it on Sat, but they're busy. *sigh* They'll have to bloody wait then! x

Yeah, return flight is going to suck (especially the 1.5hr train home at 7am during commuter traffic through central London- OH CRAP!) but being between sizes isnt sucky- am used to barely fitting into 18s, so to barely fit into a 16 is fab! Feels doable now! (but yeah, I get your drift :p )
 
You're probably right. Hadn't thought of it like that. I always put stuff off that's about ME tho! I really need to get the results of my x-rays :rolleyes: My joints are not enjoying this walking malarky lol.
Oh no, commuter traffic in London must be hell on earth!!!! Actually, me and my friend had to get the tube from Heathrow to Euston just after 9am and that was bad enough-I didn't think that through did I?! Can't imagine actual commuter time.

I'm really made up for you about the dress sizes. It's amazing when you drop a size, it really is :D x
 
Thanks Em- I'm trying not to think about the shoot too much but I am dreading it :p just one shoot this time though and there are more.of us filming so less stress. Also, one of the 'core team' will be photographing so she can handle slip ups. Last time everyone was a noob so more pressure on me when it went wrong as I'd done the most shoots for them. Only on event this time so will pass much quicker, and not stressed anout the food as much! Last time was extra stressed because of the plateau I think.

Cheeky- you really do need some YOU time I think, cant blame not having sortef out stuff on laziness- you are so unlazy! I think you put everyone else first- family, friends, work, bunnies, you need a YOU day, dude!

I'm still a bit non believeing about the dress size as the gap clothes were stretchy and the one thig yesterday doesnt back it enough :p when I've tried on a few more fitted things I'll no for sure, but I think I'm deff an 18 now. Before I'd go for 20-22 and squeeze into 18s if that's all they went up to but 9/10 things wouldnt fit, so it is definitely an improvement!
I'm going to try really hard to be in a 16 and 'overweight' cat by florida! Will motivate me to join the gym when I'm back from Saudi.

Also was thinking last night about how I should be nearish target by christmas hopefully, cant WAIT for the annual boxing day do my whole extended family do- most of my family is overweight and that lot I only see once a year so hopefully will blow them away :p last year I couldnt go because I was in Dubai- which will have impressed them when they asked where I was LOL. Really want to prove them all wrong, y'know? That I'm not going to be like this forever.

I might treat myself to a green day either today or this weekend, but will stay as much red as pos before I go away when my reigns will loosen but I'll hopefully make good choices. I'm really looking forward to that flatbread and houmus they do amazingly in the middle east though!!
 
Hehe I always think about seeing people I don't see very often. I have to admit, it's a massive ego boost ;)

When I went to my friends 30th last Oct I hadn't seen his family for a year or two and I hadn't seen him for about 6 months. Best friend eh? But all I got was "Don't you look well??" Which we all know translates to "Wow, you used to be fat!" lol.
When we got back in touch with my Mum's family I had very similar reactions. But we hadn't seen them for like 10 years. My cousins from Cornwall had a difficult time telling me and Rachelle apart. Even though she's 6ft and I'm 5.5!! But yeah, they couldn't believe how we both looked -Rachelle's lost a lot of weight with WW :D

Yeah, I really do like that ;) And I bloody love seeing my big ex and his girlfriend. Coz they've both put on tons of weight and I look awesome compared to when we were together :whistle: You should have seen their faces when I was bridesmaid for his brother/my fake brother!! LOL.

So yeah, I totally understand what you mean about the Boxing Day get together. And it is really good motivation!

You do sound a bit more chilled about the next trip. Even if you're hiding some of it ;) But at least you know, food wise, you can survive and it pretty well without causing too much damage. Just don't starve yourself mate :) Don't make me worry about you ;)

Haha! Starve myself? ME? LOL. I tried to be annorexic once as a teenager but after a few hours got hungry and stuffed myself silly :D

I'm learning new things about my appetite though, especially about how much it takes to satisfy it. I think on Green days I tend to cook way too much pasta/rice and just stuff myself with it :rolleyes:

Snacks- Muller light, a couple of nibbles of cupcake buttercream icing from a tray of taster bits at a cupcake stall at the mall (+2?) dang I love that stuff!

Went to a shopping centre to get some more confortable shoes for filming in Saudi. Cant do pumps anymore, 12hrs running around in pumps = blisters and paaain!
Found some closed plimpsole like shoes from new look as well as smarter faux leather lace ups and some fabric slip ons that are a bit more closed too. I think they'll all be better! This time only one shoot so not a big deal- when there are two the second day I'm usually hobnling around with blisters! But am glad I found some comfy options.

I also tried on a bunch if size 16's today in various shops and most things fit! :O I think my top/dress size is pretty much a 16 now. Size 16 skirts werent big enough though even if I hitched them to the waist it was too tight, but my bottom half has always been waaay bigger. I used to wear like size 24 jeans so probably now a 22 as havent lost.as much off bottom half according to measurements.
Stil) - exciting :) I mainly wear dresses anyway!
The only thing I bought was a polkadot crop top to wear with a skirt that covers tum (so just to show an inch or two of skin above belly) but that top was size 14!! Haha, it was a bit tight on my arms though but I liked it :p

Sososo tired again today. Cant seem to have an early night for the life of me! :( felt fine early on during *week but the past couple of days my energy has been really low.
It was lovely reading with G tge past couple of evenings though! He finished my recomendation of Animal Farm in two sittings and he might read American Psycho next ;D yay.
 
Haha ok maybe not starve yourself. Oh yeah, I have often thought I couldn't be anorexic coz I like my food too much. And I couldn't be bulimic coz I hate vomiting :p I know you shouldn't laugh about stuff like that, but still....

Great news about your shopping trip!! My top part has always been bigger then my bottom hehe. I have big-ish boobs, although SW has reduced them :rolleyes: And a horrible midriff!

But yeah, shouldn't laugh about that :p

I'm very pear shaped, huge hips/ass, small waist (in comparison, but horrible tum) and small boobs. I showed G my crop top and his reaction was "You're going to have 10 of my babies." and I was like "Does that mean this makes me look pregnant? :S" but apparently it was a compliment to my 'great childbearing hips' LOL. Weirdo.

I think my issue with Green days is that I don't portion enough super free... It's easy to cook veg with meat but not as simple with pasta/rice or smthn.

Anyway, I'm excited about Monday WI. Excited to progress further :D hopefully...

I used to think I was hourglass shape too (I wish) because of my waist- am really lucky that even though I'm chunky I still have the curve in at the waist and out at the hips rather than just a blob. But yeah, tiny tits and my shoulders are quite broad but not enough to match my insane hips. IMMA PEAR AND PROUD.

Just did 45 mins on wii fit :D on the cycling one (of which is like speed walking crossed with jogging? Like, not lifting knees high but jogging sort of motion to resemble peddling a bike) But anyway- more or a jogging speed than walking so got nice and sweaty!

I'm off to Saudi on Wednesday; flight is midday but will leave in the morning for all that airport crap. Arrive backnon Saturday. I am literally dreading the tube home more than anything- commuter trafgic through central london, from heathrow to north london... At 7am after an 8hr flight with two bags... Jeeze. It's going to ruin me :p

I saw Surrogates at the cinema as a wildcard showing- had no idea what it wad about as hadnt heard if it. Thought it was trying too hard to be clever/unique when it was quite like matrix crossed with AI or something? Brucey has past his peak :p
 
Well done on the Wii Fit'ing :D The cycling one is really hard!! I was terrible at that, it never seemed to recognise my movements :confused: Same with the jogging!

Yeah, I wasn't really impressed with Surrogates. It just didn't work did it? A shame really :(

Yeah, Surrogates was just weird!

Not sure what's up with the jogging on wii fit- it always says my speed is only at like 35% of max burn rate :S but it never tells me WHAT speed to go!? It is strange!

I love the cycling one though, especially when I'm off my face and listening to loud energetic music on head phones (it's become my routine thing now! haha) I just get lost on the map and end up spending ages going in circles :p lool.

Just had a project fall through- really annoying because I spent hours emailing to and fro with the guy, feels like a waste! He couldn't afford me though, so what y'gonna do? lol.

L: 2/3rds of a cauliflower (mashed) with a chopped up chicken frankfurter (2.5 on red) some leftover bolognese and sugar snap peas.

D: *4* eggs (sheesh) mashed with salad cream light (1), HexB wholemeal roll with bacon, HexA cheese grilled on it and ketchup (1) plus a syn for the tiny bit of fat I lazily left on- the rashers had barely any fat :O but there was a little bit holding on the tail and if I took it off I wouldn't have been able to put the tail bits on the grill, so left it and picked them off after- but obvs some extra grease on the bacon so +1 for that. For superfree had some asparagus, sugar snap peas and a small salad of diced tomato and cucumber.

Snacks: 3 yoghurts (2 activia 0%, 1 muller), chewyD (HexB2)

Drinks: 3L NAS squash, 3 green teas, 1 lilt zero

Syns: 5.5 but might use my last HexA and some spare syns for a treat- am thinking of splitting an Angel Delight with G ;) oooh yum! So that would be +7 = 12.5
