Green days you don't eat meat and you can have 2 hex a and 1 hex b. If you give me your email address i'll explain it a bit better! I've got my iphone 5 now, whoop whoop!
 
Hey! I've just weighed myself (I'm off work now for 10 days, it felt like Saturday! Oops!) and I haven't lost 1lb :( I've been eating next to sod all in the day then a fairly large meal at night, and I think that's clearly my problem :( ooh! My email is [email protected] :) thank you!
 
Your body is probably compensating for not eating much in the day by slowing itself down and storing energy to use when you've not eaten.
Try weighing tomorrow :) If not theres always next week x
 
Hello Girls, I've just had a wee read through your diaries, Sophie i'm glad your having a look at green days as i've been wondering why you're not doing them, you've been syning cheese when you could eat all the same stuff you're eating and use the extra Hex's for extra cheese :) i was glad to see your portions are large as i was thinking you eat like a mouse and you might not be eating enough when you're on plan, i hope the green days give you the boost you're needing right now remember the old saying eat like a king in the morning, a prince in the afternoon and a pauper in the evening i don't know if it works as i eat like an elephant all day lol. Tonianne your willpower is fantastic i wish i had half the willpower you have and could get a weight loss every week well done you. I started back on SW yesterday n i'm doing ok, not sure about doing a diary yet, just like reading through other peoples for some inspiration. thank you both and good luck xx

Aw thanks for your lovely words. I've stayed the same this week, feeling a bit rubbish about it but I over indulged last weekend and am paying for it now!
Definitely think green is the way to go for your Sophie, will email you tomorrow when I get a spare minute! :) x

I think the breakfast like a king rule is so right and a perfect solution, so hard to stick to when there's a rush for work in the morning and being excited to cook a nice meal at night! I think it must work though, it does make a lot of sense!

i started a diary and i think it's defo helping to keep me on track it's called try try again, i'll put the link in my signature.....when i get round to it lol x
 
Sophie I keep forgetting to email you, I'll try & do it today.
My motivation is suddenly dropping, think its because I'm the slimmest I've been in 6 years & so I'm getting a bit complacent. Need to be as near to 12st as possible by Xmas so I need to pull my socks up and stop being a wally :)

Thanks :) I'm probably going to weigh a day early this week as tomorrow night I'm going to the O2 to see Keane play and we're eating out which means I'll be off plan. Will probably weigh Saturday too so I can see what the damage is!
Sophie I'm so swamped at work at the moment I just haven't had time to email you that stuff. Should have a spare minute Saturday though, sorry! X
 
Weighed a day early this week because I'm going to see Keane at the O2 today so we'll be eating off plan.....have lost 2lbs :) very pleased as I'm now 12st 7.5lbs! This is now the lightest I've been since I lost weight at uni in early 2006. Anything under this is the lightest I've been since I was 18!! :D

Hey you! Sorry I haven't been on I've been on holiday! You've done so amazing, well done :) I'm so jealous of your position right now, I was so happy at that weight. I bet you look amazing. About to weigh in myself, things are going ok here, haven't exactly been sticking with SW just been reducing my portions a lot. I did try some trousers on the other day that had been stuck in a drawer that didn't fit me properly in July, they are now a bit loose so I'm more than happy with that :) hope you're well :)

I am happy, have lost 21lbs in 11 weeks, but I don't think I'm going to make my target of 28lbs in 14 weeks but it doesn't matter too much :)
Lost 1lb this week, good since its totm and haven't really exercised.
Hope you've had a good holiday, bet you were really pleased with those trousers :) how did your weigh in go? X

Hey Toni, I hope you are well. I’ve just had a total meltdown in h&m on my lunch break :’( I’m really not doing well with weight loss at all and am still eating loads of crap and eating badly L
I was looking for an outfit to wear for my boyfriend’s birthday night out and it just came to me that when I look for clothes now, all I’m looking for is stuff to cover me up – not actual nice clothes. I haven’t worn a dress in over 6 months, I used to wear gorgeous dresses all the time. I think realisation has made me so upset because I know I’m just kicking myself and the weight loss was so easy then compared to now! I suppose I’ve just come on for a moan L you’re doing so well and keep doing what you’re doing because it’s definitely working xxx
 
Oh lovely :( try to use how you're feeling to spur you on. This time of year is so difficult to diet because there's such yummy food everywhere, maybe give yourself til January to sort your head out & get in the right frame of mind.
I've just got over that norovirus bug :( so horrible & my appetite is still affected but I don't feel ill anymore. X

Oh no, I hope you're feeling better! I have just got over 2 bouts of tonsillitis, I'm 3 days into my second 10 day course of antibiotics and was in bed ill all over Christmas! I weighed in this morning and have lost 5lb in the last 2 weeks so reducing what I'm eating as well as a few ill days has done the trick with retraining my appetite! It's unbelievable how much better I feel eating smaller portions, I was definitely eating too much all the time. So that's my first stone off! 2.5 to go before I'm in the 12's :) hope you're feeling much better xxx
