I had a pretty bad one food wise, went to frankie and bennys saturday night and had calzone and cheesecake. Sunday i went to a christening and had wine (yum), cheesecake (double yum) and christening cake (triple yum)...oh and thai food! Was good yesterday and was back on track, didnt have breakfast but i had smash pizza for lunch (all free) then lean pork, potatos and baked beans for dinner. 2 syns in the evening for a options hot chocolate.
Today i'm at work so heres my food plan:
B - Sultana Bran and Skimmed Milk (HexA and HexB)
L - Smash pizza and salad
D - Chicken in Tomato sauce (passata, chilli, onions, peppers) with boiled rice and Broccolli/Carrots

Hey! I had a terrible weekend, ill with the lurgy too, eugh :( had Domino's on Sunday which my fella bought us to cheer me up, and ate Taco Bell on Monday night as we had to eat out before a gig, so I haven't been doing too well at all! Going away on Friday til next Monday and will probably not be eating very well all weekend again although I definitely will actively try to! Lost all my motivation and have felt very crappy due to being ill and generally looking like crap :( definitely need to keep working on losing weight because I seriously need it for my self esteem at the moment, I know that sounds really sad, haha. Hope you're ok anyway missy xx

Aw bless you :( it is horrible when you feel like that. I stupidly weighed myself this morning and have put on 2lbs since saturday (probably all the bloody cake!) so i need to up my game in order to lose that plus 2 more lbs for saturday and keep on track! Cant see it happening this week but i'm keeping my hopes up.
Trying to cut out carbs a little each day now too, especially evenings if i can. Don't know if it will help but i can try!
Keep at it this week, you never know you might surprise yourself x
 
Today:

B: Sultana Bran (HexB) and Skimmed Milk (HexA)
L: Wholemeal Pasta, sweetcorn, peppers, onion in a passata sauce. With cucumber, strawberries and raspberries.
D: Salmon, Salad (Lettuce, cucumber, peppers) and a few new potatoes
 
Todays been good, trying so hard to get into the 12stone zone this weekend.

B - Sultana Bran (HexB) and Skimmed Milk (HexA)
L - Fruit (pineapple, peach, kiwi, banana and apple)
D - Lean Gammon steak, mixed veg and new potatoes

No syns so far but might treat myself to an options tonight.

Lost 1lb this week and got into the 12st bracket :) only just though.
Bad food weekend but dont care, haha.
Back to being good today :) hope you had a lovely weekend away.

Ahh well done you, that's amazing! I've decided to be much nicer to myself and stop beating myself up. You've done so amazing. Will update properly later x

I've been doing 'shred' the last three days, hoping to lose 2lb this week :)

Hey hun! Weeks been great thank you, a real busy one. It was my birthday on Weds so off out tonight, feeling a little better than I was last week! I've been off plan for like, 2 weeks though :( I really need to start afresh again ASAP and keep updating here. How has yours been?
 
All good here :) my weight loss has slowed down a bit, the last two weeks i've only lost a pound each week but im still losing so im happy! 15lbs down now so im in the 12's properly. Forget the last two weeks and just get back on plan, i know you can do it.
Hope you had a lovely birthday, i know when its my birthday (not til march) i'll be off plan for at least a week because of the food/cake/alcohol! x

Hello! Ok I finally seem to have snapped out of it (I think the last week or two of feeling so self conscious has been the nail in it for me) and I'm now back on plan! Along with SW I'm kind of doing my own diet too, cutting right down on fizzy drinks, cutting out chocolate (I never used to eat it before when I lost 5 stone!) and generally cutting my portion sizes right down, which has always been a big thing for me. I'm going into it with the mindset of 'would I show this plate of food to someone and be pleased with what was on it' haha. Does that make sense?! It sounds really silly now I've typed it out.

Hiya lovey, how are you getting on this week? I'm not doing EE anymore, i'm alternating between red and green days. This week i was Red Monday, Green Tuesday and Wednesday; am doing Red today and Red tomorrow. Fingers crossed for a 2lb loss this saturday! x

Hey! I haven't weighed in in around 2 weeks, I feel like I've gained so much I'm really scared to but I'm gonna do it tomorrow morning :) I'll check in here straight away. I've been a bit poorly with women's problems (cringe) these last couple of weeks and can feel that I've gained so much from that too. Hopefully shall be able to get rid of that soon. Definitely feeling more and more determined. I'm so annoyed that I've gotten myself to this size again, I know I can do it as I've done it before, it's so frustrating. Last time I lost weight, 5 stone dropped off, but it was because food was probably 1 on my list of importance in life of that time (10 being most important) - I think the more I think about food and dieting the less weight I end up losing. I saw a quote yesterday that said "He who can conquer himself can conquer any country" and it really inspired me :)

You can do it, you really just have to be in the right frame of mind. Its hard when theres other stuff going on, especially if you've not felt 100% either. Dont be too hard on yourself :) Weigh tomorrow and then start afresh. The thing spurring me on at the moment is what i call my 'beast photos' - haha - these are when i weighed 14st 8 and i was huge. I look at those and think never again!! I say this as a caramel shortbread is looking at me begging me to be eaten, lol.

Hahah, I know the feeling. I think I'm at that stage right now. Someone took a photo of me on Saturday night and know they said it looked awful, I saw them mouth it and whilst 99% of that was attributed to my drunken state (they were very nice people) I could tell I looked an absolute mess. When I met my fella I was 12 st 6 and I felt gorgeous at that weight. I'd be so happy to be there again. I'm going to take baby steps, not expect miracles and most importantly be honest with myself. My portion sizes are just ridiculous I need to get a grip over it and quick. Thanks again for all your support and not giving up on me :) you are doing amazing xxx

Aw lovely i'm sure you don't look 'awful' because judging from you picture you're a pretty little thing, but i know how horrible it is to look at a photo and think 'omg'. You know what you've got to do and i'm sure this week you can get back on it. My weight loss slowed down the last couple of weeks but this week i've lost 3lbs - i think thats all down to actually having my syns this week and mixing up the red and green. I have every faith in you and will support you all the way. You'll get back down to that size, you know you can do it :D xx

My first goal is to get to 15. Then to 14. And so on. If I have a goal to get to 12 st 6, I think it's putting on way too much pressure. Feeling 100% back on track :D thank you again :) congrats on your weight loss again! I'm not sure how red and green days work, do you think this will make a difference?

Well done, after 3 weeks off plan a 2lb gain is nothing!
I think you should look at doing green days, not red as you're a veggie. Its really kick started my weightloss again so its worth a try!
 
I'll definitely try that then :) I need to research how green days work - is it similar to Extra Easy?
