Sophie's Slimming World Diary (Friends welcome, I'm a newbie ♥)

I didnt have the chicken/rice/broccoli for dinner, i didnt fancy carbs so in the end i had chicken with a small bit of mozzarella in it with some sweet chilli sauce on it (about 6 syns in total) and i made a pepper stuffed with chopped onion, pepper and mushrooms in tomato puree and garlic. Sounds a bit random but it was yum!
Today:

B - Weetabix (hexB) and a little skimmed milk (approx 1syn)
L - Chicken breast with a small amount mozzarella (hexA), cous cous, banana/kiwi
D - Salmon with pasta, peppers, onion and mushrooms in sweet chilli sauce (6 syns)

Weighed in this morning and lost 2lbs this week :) Think thats pretty good for my 4th week of sw. Total loss of 11lbs now. How have you done?
Hope you had a good night out on Thursday.
I'm having today off so wont keep a food diary and i'm out tonight at a 30th birthday :party0016::party0036:<---- Me tonight haha

Hey! Ohh deary me I have failed miserably! Seriously well done on your 2lb loss it just shows your hard work is paying off! I however went out on Thursday, Friday (including a huge meal before) and last night following a takeaway at 2am! How shameful can you get. I'm going to have to pull out all the stops this week to lose anything at all! I weighed myself yesterday and I'd put on 1lb which I think I've got away with quite well considering. I'm not going to feel too guilty about it because it was a brilliant weekend :) just need to buck my ideas up next week that's for sure :) hope you had a nice weekend! Sorry I haven't been on at all, been waiting for a chance (and for a sober moment haha :))
 
I'm currently sitting here stuffing my fat little face with a doughnut!! Haha, so much for one day off!
Glad you've had a good few days, 1lb on is nothing really so dont worry :) You'll have a really good week and next weekend you'll see a difference. I didnt do too badly yesterday, had a kfc bbq wrap for lunch (on its own, no chips etc) and then we had thai for dinner but i did eat a huge plateful and it was probably highly synful! Added to the bottle and half of wine i also had....haha. Today i've just had a ham roll, white roll though :/ and then decided to top it off with a doughnut mmmm. Healthy chicken dinner tonight though so its not all bad! :)
 
Well, I'm off to do our (very hungover) food shop now, and I'm going to pick up super healthy stuff to make tonight, tomorrow and Tuesday. Gonna be really really good this week, walk everywhere and hopefully lose 2lb in between now and next Saturday. It feels good to have been really bad and not feel guilty about it even though will have to be really good next week! Boyfriend is in work til 6 so I might attempt a pasta bake.. I'll look up some recipes :)
 
Well, I'm off to do our (very hungover) food shop now, and I'm going to pick up super healthy stuff to make tonight, tomorrow and Tuesday. Gonna be really really good this week, walk everywhere and hopefully lose 2lb in between now and next Saturday. I've not long been back from doing our food shop - i hate asda on a sunday, i get trolley rage! Good luck!
 
Got so much amazing food! We have a huge Aldi near our apartment complex (we live in Manchester city centre) - got loads of veg, pasta, allsorts! They had loads of veg on offer for 39p too, so got 5 nights worth of food for the two of us for £13! Crazy stuff! Tonight I've got a pasta bake in the oven (fella home late from work) - made it with tomato sauce, peppers, onions, basil and mozzarella and so hopefully it'll be nice :) I've stuck some in the fridge to take with me tomorrow to work for a nice free lunch! I'll have to eat it in the kitchen area which I hate but it'll be worth it as I really wanna lose a decent amount this week. Hope you had a nice evening :)

Today started well...then i had to deal with a complaint and ended up demolishing a homemade cupcake! Absolutely gorgeous though, haha. Not sure on the syns, i think i'm going to syn it at 10. Rather be over than under!

L - Ham, Salad, Rice (2.5 syns as packet rice)
D - Gammon (lean), Salad, potatoes

Total Syns - 12.5 EEEEEEEEEEEEEEK!!!

Tomorrow will be better!
 
You get 15 though, don't worry :) I'm feeling really under the weather today :( so my plans for dinner have been scuppered and I'm making something easy when I get home instead.

Today's diary -

Breakfast - Apple
Lunch - Pasta (leftover) with homemade free sauce (tomatoes, peppers, onions)
Dinner - Jacket Potato with beans, 1 tsp Lurpak Lightest (1 Syn), 28g Cheddar (HexA) w/salad

I would like to say the day will be only 1 Syn but it's fairly likely that I'll finish off a chocolate bar I have...around 8 small squares left. I'm ill though so it's ok ;)
I would guess that around 8-10 Syns!
 
Well today is my day off and for some reason i never end up eating anywhere near as much as i do on my work days! Heres todays food diary:

B - None
L - Omlette (2 eggs) cooked in frylite with mushrooms, onions and peppers. Banana.
D - Lean mince stew with lots of veg. Sauce made with passata, herbs and oxo cubes.

HexA - 30g Cheddar in omlette
HexB - Not sure yet!

D - Pasta, Broccolli, Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms in tesco sauce - 2 syns

L - Left over pasta - 2 syns
D - Stir Fry with Lean Beef, Sweet Chilli Sauce (1.5syns tbsp = 4.5 syns)

Total Syns - 6.5

Got a really bad weekend of eating/drinking coming up. Am meant to be going for an indian friday night (eeeek) but that might be cancelled, saturday i'm out for dinner (not sure where yet) and then to the cinema to see skyfall, then sunday i have a christening!!
 
I've been so busy these last few days! Diet has been crap, not eaten that badly but haven't been counting things at all :( so I highly doubt I'll have lost anything, again!
This weekend shouldn't be too bad, the other night we had so much on we got a takeaway and we never usually do that unless drunk/hungover!
Really need to buck my ideas up, decided to lengthen my goal now to make it a bit easier, ideally want to drop 5 stone before June next year. I shall do my diary this evening, feel like today will end up being crap again!

I think June is an achievable goal, you dont want to make the time span too short because then you're putting too much pressure on yourselfand if you don't achieve it you'll feel terrible. But i think what you've suggested is definitely do-able, maybe make yourself mini targets within it? Like i wanted to lose 3st 13lb, but in order to make that less daunting i've given myself a first challenge of losing 1st 13lb by 31st Dec - That gave me 3 months and i'm already a month in and have lost 11lbs, which is 3lbs over what i initially expected to be at after a month. I think mini-goals keep you more focused and keep your moral up :)

D - Lean Pork Loin seasoned with Cajun Spice, with Baked Beans and SW Chips

Snacks - Banana

Would really love to be seeing 12st 13lb on th scales this weekend but i think i'm only going to lose 1 or 2lbs so i'll still be 13st something. Next week i'll be so ecstatic, havent seen 12st on scales since i was 21 !!!!!!

Ahh good luck :) let me know how you get on in the morning! I think I'll have maintained, which would be good to be honest! I've started walking a lot more, I'd started getting cabs home from work from being so tired but now I will be guaranteed to be walking at least 2.7 miles a day, which will help naturally I think. It makes such a huge difference with weight loss! Really need to get back into the swing of things, eating out tomorrow lunch then off to my hometown on Sunday where I'll probably eat loads too, damn!
 
Lost 2lbs this week :) Really pleased because i've done zero exercise because i've hurt my back somehow. Total loss of 13lb in 34 days now, am so pleased. Hope you see something you like on your scales today. Enjoy your weekend x

Hiya hun - how was your weekend?
I had a pretty bad one food wise, went to frankie and bennys saturday night and had calzone and cheesecake. Sunday i went to a christening and had wine (yum), cheesecake (double yum) and christening cake (triple yum)...oh and thai food! Was good yesterday and was back on track, didnt have breakfast but i had smash pizza for lunch (all free) then lean pork, potatos and baked beans for dinner. 2 syns in the evening for a options hot chocolate.
Today i'm at work so heres my food plan:
B - Sultana Bran and Skimmed Milk (HexA and HexB)
L - Smash pizza and salad
D - Chicken in Tomato sauce (passata, chilli, onions, peppers) with boiled rice and Broccolli/Carrots
