D. 4 king prawn skewer starter. 8oz sirloin, 4 mushrooms, 3 vine tomatoes, little lettuce & mayo

Hi Tracey, I was at Westwood cross today too! Well done on the size 12's, what a fabulous feeling when you get into something smaller.

morning all,
had a very very good start to the morning today, lost another 2lb very unexpected though with all the changes in size i don't know why i am shocked, probably because of all the up down i have had recently... so saturday is my weigh day from now on i have decided to try to stay away from the scales until next saturday which is going to be tough!!

might try for a fast day today as not hungry and seems like a good morning to hang off breakfast and i need another down day this week.

shall busy myself with free listing on ebay this weekend so might take my mind away from food

hope u all have a good day, saw this on Facebook so thought it might be interesting!!!

Ginny's Low Carb Kitchen: CHEESY BREAD PIZZA CRUST

Had miracle noodles for dinner still bit hungry but i still have 100 calories to plat with tho not sure what to have that would satisfy me. Bought some vegetable boulion n had a cup of that and it tasted just like chinese soup mmmm so can always have some of that to keep tummy happy!

b. nothing
l. Half bbq miracle noodles made with chicken
d. Cup boulion and rest of noodles

s. To be contemplated later..

Or you could join me in courgette soup?

19 cals per medium courgette- you could have four and veg stock and still be under - and it's very filling :)

i did have some courgettes in too, how do you make it? i need some good atkins friendly soup ideas to bung in the soup maker..

morning everyone, i was sooooo tired last night i was falling asleep watching tele, i couldn't go to bed too early so struggled on for a bit but really shouldn't lay on the sofa when i am really tired... so ended up going to bed very early for me. slept really well, and only woke up because the rain was lashing the window, feel refreshed tho.

those noodles are really helping, with the park problem, i have ordered 4 more packs from lc megastore but probably should have got more because they have such a long date on them. they also made my day of fasting so much easier, big plate of food for practically nothing calorie/carb wise, can't be bad!! i have to say the fasting is really helping me, i have never felt better or fitter since doing it!

got roast today chicken and a turkey leg joint (big family) mind you the size of that chicken it must have been a freak!! can't wait for it though nice veggies mmmm

hops u all have a good day

Tracy

Well, having read you say that about fasting, I'm thinking I might give it a try. Do you do set days, or vary them each week?

i did have some courgettes in too, how do you make it? i need some good atkins friendly soup ideas to bung in the soup maker..

Well done on the fasting day, I quite enjoy them too :)

The soup couldn't be easier. I cut up four courgettes and bung them in a large pan with a little water, and let them cook down - takes all of 10 minutes. Then I stir in a Knorr herb infusion pot, and use a thunderstick to blend, but I leave it quite chunky.

I dont do set days, i vary them only because i go out on different days each week for a meal and some days when you are not that hungry you can just decide that because of that its ok to skip breakfast, some days i find i am just hungry as soon as i wake up and other days i am not at all.

its finding something that works for you, i have a friend who said that she needs to split two meals a breakfast and a dinner but i prefer saving it all for dinner and evening if i am still a bit hungry. the noodles really really help there!! one time i had some ham for breakfast and that was the only time i really struggled with the hunger, i am far better off hanging out as long as i can before i eat.

gotta go help cook dinner now, hubby is cooking today yay!!!

I was soux chef lol

eaten loads today stuffed!!!!

b. two bacon 2 eggs
l. 4 slices ham
d. Turkey and chicken leg meat, celeriac, greens, cauliflower
s. 2 sugar free jelly 3tbsp cream

I'm always impressed by your 2 types of meat on a Sunday! Where do you buy turkey legs?

i got these ones in asda, the reason we have two meats is because i like a bit of variety but both my boys sulk if they don't have chicken, so if we have pork, lamb or beef we have to have chicken as well. they eat a lot anyway so i don't mind as it doesn't go to waste. When they were little i had to lie to them and tell them other meats were special chicken called lamb or pork etc or they wouldn't eat it, i fooled them into thinking peas were baby brussels too, it was the only way they would eat them lol

I laughed when i read that! Very impressed they ate Brussels when they were little! Mine still won't eat them:)
