I managed to raise £236 (for far) online, £100 at my fundraiser and £87 last night! having my final fundraiser tomorrow night so looking at having raised at least £450 - £500 so far. :D

I swam about 8 lengths last Sunday and thought I was an athlete! :eek:

Think my technique might be wrong. Like a frog trying not to get his fag wet. My theory is that people with rubbish technique burn more calories as they flail around more :D Saying that, you never see a fat dolphin...
 
Not 100% today. Disappointed in myself, I really wanted 5 days at 100%, as it is weigh in tomorrow morning! I really hope I haven't ruined it all. :(

On another note, I've been thinking since I stopped going to class (almost 4 weeks) that it is weird that the C didn't ring/text me to see why I stopped going.
Then today I was walking to the PO to pick up a parcel and I saw her on the other side of the road with someone else. I was walking in the other direction so I glanced at her and carried on (didn't really want to get into a conversation about it really!)

Then about an hour ago she emailed me saying it's a shame I didn't come back and I'm still welcome ect.

It seems odd to me. Like perhaps she completely forgot about me. I honestly thought she would ring me after I weighed in and gained, and then again after I missed class.

Don't beat yourself up over it, it's only one day Hun. I have found that when I have been slightly off plan I lose weight and I can be 100% on plan and gained - go figure??

Just draw a line under and today be 100% tomorrow ;)

As for your C - it sounds odd to me, only because when I did go to class and missed sessions, I would be phoned, text or emailed. And I still get emails for any offers and I haven't been since last year .

Saying that, if it upsets you , then maybe look for an alternative consultant ? Or do what some of us do and use thus fab site as our group

How weird - 4 weeks ago I went to class, gained (4lbs!) textedit her to say I'd gained (weighed in at a different group as I knew I'd gained) she texted me back and then that was it! I never went back, I didn't email/she didn't phone etc.

So weird! Last time I was at sw (in Newcastle) and I left (to come home from Uni) she was testing and calling me all the time and emailing me. I even got a card saying I was missed could I come back etc. I still get emails now! Even after Telling her I'm at a different group - I'm still in the email list.
Thought it wad very weird! x
 
STS. I'm good at maintaining! Sigh. Maybe I should start exercising again, might give me that extra push.
 
Well Done toastie - Its a good thing you're good at maintaining as it will help when you get to target. Anywho if i remember correctly don't you have a copy of the 30 day shred? I would recommneded that DVD as it does work to re start the weight loss. Though you may need to wait a week or two before the losses start showing :D
 
I think that's what put me off the first time, I was 100% except for the saturday night, was doing the 30 day shred every day and then I gained. Kinda put me off it a bit, because I thought all that exercise might cancel out the meal!
But I can give it another go, I just need to be 100% all week instead of... 56%? I just tried to work it out on a calculator lol, no wonder I'm not losing, I'm clearly only doing it half the time!

I understand exactly what your saying, my first 100% week and doing exerise everyday lead to a 0.5 gain, then a 0.5 loss which really put me off too but with all the support from Smartie, you and the others on here i stuck at it and in the last 2 weeks i've lost 5lbs. So i'd defiantly say that give it another go.
