Hi Rosiee - hope all is ok with you?

Sorry for not being there- had a bit of a **itty week. They say things happen in 3s - but I'm not sure if I am on 3 or 4!!

Couldn't type mon as I strained my wrist, had a bad day at work yesterday, horrible news (family ) today whilst at work and then someone decided to almost have a head on collision with me!!!!

Arrrrrrggghhhhh- but I am still on plan

Hi nettle,

I wasn't feeling well after work and the feeling was getting worse and worse so i went to a&e and the doctor said that I should take my diazepam as it's only a 2mg dosage and it'll relax the muscles.. So I was reassured that it's only as a muscle relaxant and not an anti depressant.. So he said I should take them for 2 days and see how I feel. If the feeling doesn't go then I need to go see an ENT specialist.. But he said the same thing as the doctor on Sunday- it's all anxiety related.

I'm going to take thurs and fri work and go to the doctors on thurs and see what they say.. Then I'm going to my mums on Friday and I'm gonna have a long chat without the hubby about stuff.. Think I should really tell him what's going on in my head without feeling like I'm being a burden t him, right?

glad you went to see someone and just remember it takes a stronger person to seek help than it does to sit and ignore it hoping it will all go away. You should definatly be able to speak to your hubby, I found that my partner didnt say much when I tried to speak to him, mainly because he isnt the talking type and doesnt know what to say but it was better that he knew how I was feeling as he could then understand when i wanted to be on my own or that I had days where i was quiet and it wasnt because he had done something wrong x

Wow what a day... glad to be home!
Been a good day sw wise today, eaten another punnet of strawberries and half a melon... seems to be a daily thing now!
Been so busy at work after being off ill yesterday, I can never be ill again! Far too many emails to answer when I get back the next day... staffing issues.... paperwork to do..... finance!? finance!?.... I'm rubbish at maths! lol
How is everyone else today? x
 
Still on plan for me... Feeling a bit blah though for some reason, I have Zumba tomorrow but not looking forward to it. Don't really know why.
Cottage pie for tea tonight I think, we haven't had it in ages.

Today I woke up blah. Just blah. And did not want to run or eat right!!! So, I knew I had to DO something different. Had a yummy yummy blt, and scraped together change that I leave lying all over the house and in pockets and toddled off to the gym. It was brilliant! Used the rowing machine, then 10 mins on cross trainer and ran on the treadmill. The treadmill felt amazing, never run on one before and it was much easier than being outside ! I loved it and ran well.
Def going to save up pennies to do that a couple of times a month.
It made a huge difference to my day. Lunch was superfree and ss and scherzo dinner planned. Amazing what positive action can do!

So, anyone else feeling blah? Go do something different ;-)

Second day on plan :D

I've been off plan/half following for a few weeks, hence my gains, but am now back to it and feeling good about it :D
Last night I spent a while looking through various food diaries on here and have taken a lot of good ideas from them.

I'm back from my little trip to surprise my friend at uni for her 21st birthday. I had lots of fun and enjoyed the trip so much. I didn't eat lunch yesterday as i was too busy driving there so I will admit to having a vegetable burger with side salad and chips (vegetarian option was really limited - it was that or a lasagna and chips) and 2 cupcakes (homemade lol) - Its not as bad as it could have been as there was cake and biscuits aswell.

So today i've had a syn free day and been snacking on fruit instead of free food - Will try and keep this up lol

Love melon and strawberries but the budget doesn't quite stretch that far unfortunately!
 
Hi all, sounds like its a great week sw wise for all!
I've slipped up today! Had a few too many of some new cadburys biscuit things... I don't know what they are called but they are £1 a bag at tescos and new! Someone at work brought in 3 bags and I had about 6 of them! They are about the size of a 10p coin so I don't think they will be mega high in syns?!
Eaten half a melon and a punnet of strawberries as I have been doing all week and had 2litres of water. very naughtily had a sneaky WI this morning and not lost a single pound! My body may be going through the signs of TOTM but I don't actually have periods due to being on the mini pill so I don't know if I should have been due this week. I'll be soooo gutted if I haven't lost at least 2lbs! I've been so blummin good!
 
So i went to the doctors again today and she said i should drink lots water and have gaviscon because it could be acid reflux. I haven't had any heartburn apart from an episode of about 10 minutes yesterday but ill see if the gaviscon tabs work. They better. I hate this feeling :(
 
Today has been a bit disasterous! Had 2 chicken balti pasties from the pound bakery while out shopping with OH after his dentist appointment >_< We were both starving and I clearly didn't make a very good choice!
But nevermind! I am straight back on plan so all is ok :D

why not join the water challenge I set hun? take your mind off the doctor wanting you to drink the water and it has so many other benefits... hopefully bigger weight losses :D

Apologies for my AWOLness, I will sign a note next time - promise :p It was my sons birthday today (well yesterday now) he's 17 :eek: how on earth have I ended up with a 17 year old? :confused: I am much too young :D

But on the upside my son is insisting that my new squeeze is 20, and is now calling my a cougar :D so that has helped with the 'OMG I am so old' feelings that I have.

Diet has gone t!ts up :eek: havent been on plan for several days now oooooooops. I think I have let things slide because I have been so happy recently what with finally finishing the course and finding a man that is slowly convincing me that he is genuinely interested in me :)

So I must try and get my mojo back, starting tomoro *she says scoffing a little slice of chocolate birthday cake* :D
 
Hi blue Smartie. as long as you have had a geat time thats all that counts. Keep in mind though as soon as you start back on track the less extra to lose.

Off for some strawberries today I think. Not had any in ages. Fed up of satsumas this week.

I drink between 1-2 litre a of water a day nettle anyway x
