Sunday Weighers... or is it only me?

well done gail!!

Oooh well done Gail and smschofield!!! Great losses! :bunnydance:

My computer wouldn't work yesterday  I was reading this thread on my son's ipod, watching Moz turning Scottish and losing the plot, but I was unable to post anything on its teeny screen because I don't have tiny pixie fingers

Hope you are all having a good week and that Emma is enjoying making lost of lists and plans.

Awwww, thanks for remembering Smartie. Good luck for yours too. I'll be watching for you.

I'm delighted to say that I've lost 3lbs. That takes me into the 13's for the first time in a long time :). I felt a bit anxious being away from home this weekend (and the scales) and having less control over what I eat (although my friends were fab at trying to accommodate me - aren't I lucky !) but I tried my best and used ALL my syns (but in control !). I'm now only 3lbs from 4 stone so would like to achieve that before the end of January if poss.

Thanks guys. Over to you smartie.........*fingers crossed*

Gail x

Well done you!!!!!!!!! What a terrific loss, that's fantastic - you'll definitely get 4 stones lost by the end of January, fab weigh in result. Hopefully you'll be back to Sunday weigh-ins next week...:)

 Well done Gail, that's fabby considering your weekend away, and to get the 4 stone before the end of the month is definately achievable :D

I lost 1.5 tonight, I hope *fingers crossed* that this means that I have finally come out of my plateau and will start losing consistantly again :D

well done smartie!

I wondered why I had appeared to get away with it ..... :p I've still not found the plot by the way, I'm reckoning it's whereever my marbles are too!

Well done Gail, Smartie and SMSchofield on your losses!

Am very proud to announce that day 12 of January and 100% all the way! Will be a late weigh in for me Sunday as I have to pick my parents up from the airport very early Sunday morning but will hopefully be reporting another loss later on!

Honey I will also continue to weigh in once I get to target as I too believe this is a life change and if I don't keep a close eye on the scales I fear it would creep back up and I would end up back at square one. My biggest target is to maintain a healthy weight x x

Yay. Well done Smartie. I'm so pleased for you. Stick with it this week and hopefully you will have another good loss. How is Davina going ???????! (I think my brain thinks that having bought the EA Sports is enough and that I don't actually need to play on it to achieve the same results........ oops !)

Sarah - brilliant that you are still 100%. I'm so impressed.

I have been pretty good this month although today was definitely not 100% as I've been feeling a bit 'munchy' all day. However have kept control although gone a little bit over my 15 syns (knowingly) - hoping to catch up a bit later in the week though so still on track too.

Hope you're all having a good week.

Gail x

Good morning losers :D I have good news..... I am going to be a bridesmaid at my sisters wedding next summer. Woot!!!! I have never been a bridesmaid before and I am a ickle bit excited already. And it means I might get the chance to catch the bouquet ...

Aww that's lovely Smartie! I hope you enjoy yourself.
I've not even thought about who to ask to be my bridesmaids o_O

That's fab, blue smartie - am already thinking that you could have a little shepherdess dress on the blue smartie pic...:)

Congrats to your sister, and what a nice thing to look forward to!

Fantastic news Smartie. You will look amazing by then. I am soooooo chuffed for you. Best get 'bouquet catching' practice in starting from now though :)

Lovely news Smartie! I love weddings. Nothing like a posh frock and pending photos for motivation too. Am sure you will look amazing though x x

I am not going to talk about Smartie's amazingness in the future tense. She is amazing now and a total babe! :D (She can't play rounders for toffees though, so I agree a bit of catching practise is in order.)

I have had a good week foodwise this week, but a bad week everythingelsewise. Will be a challenge not to open some wine tonight. I don't want to spoil my 100% ticker though

Thanks guys :D I have 18 months or so to perfect my bouquet catching, and I shall be in some serious training with my sister. We need to perfect the throw with perfect velocity, projection and trajectory whilst also taking into account weather conditions. I will catch it :D

*Joins sausage in the having a pants week corner* :( but unlike you I have gone a bit nutty and have succumbed to binging on cr4p again :break_diet: So well done sausage for resisting temptation :D I have a meeting on Monday to try and sort out my situation and I really hope I get some good news

Good luck for Monday, Smartie :)

Well I screwed up the 100% challenge last night  Could have been worse - 2 large glasses of wine, a piece of cold garlic bread and an unknown quantity of after dinner mints.

The horrible white sugar kept me so wired that I became the minimins scrabble champion :D Every cloud....

Thanks Sausage :D, I do feel a bit better today and I am going to try and get back on track. Someone on another thread said that you dont find the answer under a slice of pizza, and its so true. I just wish I could stop burrowing my emotions under a mountain of food :sigh:

I hope you feel better after your mini splurge last night :D and it sounds like you didnt go too far off track, and I am sure your other 100% days will have negated some of the damage last night - but I spose sometimes you just gotta get it out of your system ..

PS, You sound like me, I spend most nights/early mornings on the arcade  (addicted - moi?)
