I've taken on a lot of extra work which is why I'm not around too much at the moment. I sm Reading diaries but haven't been posting.

Another good 810 day. Had a good chat with my CDC tonight. Feel in control at the moment. Just staying focused on losing that stone. The fact I haven't been wearing my jeans for a long time is an incentive to keep going. They're so tight it's horrible.

My strider has been attempted to be deliver two days running. Fingers crossed it comes tomorrow before work. Can't wait to be exercising again after so long.

Im not missing the carbs at all which is great. Enjoying 810 again oh and yes thanks I do feel better today. That headache sicky thing was yuck. Everyone is I'll at work.

Sorry my posts are random at the mo. Nothing fantastic just making a note to myself that this can be done and I am going to be at goal very soon. Hopefully 1 month. Come on me, I can do this.

Hah Striders are brilliant. Altho you need to get a good one. Some are rubbish. Mine arrived today and other half had put it together for me. I did 40 mins while watching tv. Great excuse to watch the soaps lol. I love it. Works out whole body but that's cause in short lol.

On 810 track now 3 days in a row and have no intension on coming off track. It feels great. The scales aren't moving but sticking with it. We know the drill!!!

I can't wait to be a small size 10 again and on my way to a size 8. I have lots coming up and today was thinking about breaking my targets down up to my wedding on May. So.......

Feb- valentines weekend. Seeing a show, football match, dinner, film ...... Cosy weekend with my fiancé. :)
March- friends house warming party and cousins engagement party.
April - friends wedding and my hen weekend
May - my Mexico wedding week and NYC honeymoon
June - friends wedding
July - friends wedding and family do

so a few events that should keep me on track. It worked last time when I had little goals on the way up to my sisters wedding.

So happy to be on the right track. X
 
And my wedding dress fitting in April. Think I was panicking about it but now I can focus on so many reasons to stay on plan x
 
Yay 3 days on 810 and 2lbs down. At last the scales are moving.

Just done 30 mins exercise , having coffee and cd porridge now. Busy day coming up but by the time I'd flop on the sofa tonight I'll instead go on my stider. Feel better already. I've really missed my exercise but this time on 810 I have more energy than when I first started.

I wonder how many lbs i lose by Friday night when I want to look good.

Phew, phew and double phew. This feels different to all my other restarts on track. I feel excited at last.

Hi Shanny. Good luck with 810.

I've had a hard night cd wise. The food demons came wanting me to go buy junk. I didn't give in but had an extra bar and green salad. Some days are tougher than others but I'm getting there. At least I didn't pig out. Didn't get through enough water today which is the problem and did feel sick earlier.

Fun day tho. No paperwork done. Instead shopping and coffee with a friend lol! I'm getting more biscuit colour through my hair tomorrow. Eternal, this is an Xmas time pic. My hair is a bit lighter now! I'll put a new pic up when I have one;)

So tired. Off to bed soon. Again first thing I'll go on my strider. 30 mins minimum a day is enough to start with. My energy levels are definetly higher first thing on 810 so I'll be making the most of that.

Oooooh sunshine, well done with your exercise on your strider.... I have one of those too, but also bought a rowing machine which i think I like more so strider been relegated to shed for now.... haven't been on my rower yet this year either, so not doing too well... I also have power plates and haven't been on them, really need to get my head around the exercise bit. did walk over 4 miles tho yesterday so not all bad.... good luck on your 810 day today, hope the sickness goes away....
 
Another day in the world of 810 and a double dose of exercise. I have a mad week of work this week. I need lots of energy so off to bed. Up early to do 30 mins of exercise before work incase I'm too tired after work. It's a bonus then if I work out at night too.

I will take a choc mint shake and cranberry bar to work to keep me going all day. I'll but coffee and make sure I get through my water.

I'm pretty bloated and last time I looked I hadn't lost any weight. I feel like I am tho. Having to work hard to stay on track tho. Its not coming easy. Pretty bored of it and more so cause I went off chicken a few months back. I'm probably having more green salad than I should bebut at least it's salad and not a giant bag of junk food.

Please scales move down. When u work hard to stay on track and they sts or worse go up, it's so demotivating to me. I feel right now they may never go down again.

I'm very impatient. U just want to be at goal. Up to my eyes in wedding stuff too. Loving my strider.

Scales not budging. :( oh it's depressing. My phone died and my alarm didn't go off dono missed myvr exercise. I'll do some tonight after work.

Strange I feel slimmer but scales are doing nothing apart from the odd lb up.

I'll stick with it.
 
I know how you feel Sunshine, I stuck to SS 100% for 3 days and when I was weighed last night hadn't lost anything... grrrr and I struggled so much to stay on track yesterday... felt demotivated and had an 810 meal so didn't go completely off track.
Feel much better today and have put on .6lb since yesterday so must have been the meal... anyways onwards and upwards we need to go to get to our goal... hope you get around to doing your exercise tonight.
 
Sunshine, it WILL work. Not sure if exercise could be a factor? If cals are too low & you're doing extra exercise body may 'hang on' to weight? Have seen something about this on here but not sure of the facts... KD may know?
