Afternoon - just spoke to the manager of the boatyard, there are insurance questions because it can't be taken out of the water (so have put in a call to a marine broker to check it out) - and I can't see it until the first week of May - not to worry, means no one else can either

In either case (lol) there's room for the Birmingham Five Never mind that it's in the middle of an industrial area - but the wharf is gated so it's secure - oh all the pros and cons. Will all be decided on the insurance question!
