Susie and Orbit's daily dribble

Morning all - been up since 6am (completely unfamiliar territory :eek:) after an OK sleep. The headache is gone yaye, but I went a la toilette (sorry for reminder Lisa!) FIVE times in the night - so think it's safe to say that I am losing my water weight :D:D:D.

Did a cheeky WI this morning and have lost 6lbs since Sunday :D, which I think is down to strict induction-like eating, no FFs and no booze! Let's hope the scales keep going down for proper WI on Friday morning.

It's now 7.20am, I've made my lunch and dinner and now have time for a leisurely catch up here before a shower.

Note to self - must try this "going to bed early" lark again soon :)

B - bacon and eggs
L - chicken salad
D - butternut squash curry with rice
S - puffed rice with yoghurt
W - 3 litres
E - mile walk
A - nope

Thx all, very kind of you to say. It is a real boost to be losing again - and boy am I in ketosis, can't stop drinking water!

All is great at work too, they haven't been very organised in the past so anyone coming in with new ways of doing things can't help but look good :)

Good day today - fancied a glass of wine but resisted and threw myself in the kitchen instead. Am feeling VERY domestic goddess right now, this getting home early is brilliant! So far I've made -

- meatballs with home made tomato sauce for dinner, with enough left over to freeze for another dinner
- beef stir fry for tomorrow lunch (and the day after)
- rice for the butternut squash curry which I'm about to make but will let it 'ripen' overnight

How's everyone's day been?

Thx hun - but keep in mind -

a) I've got LOADS to lose
b) it's mostly water :)

Anyway it may just be an evil trick from Nature and it'll all come rushing back on by Friday :D
 
I always assume my scales are wrong and need to change the batteries! Lol
