Hey folks - just in the door after a busy day. No viewings - one had gone, the other they couldn't get the key to work (!), and the third the tenant wasn't home to let us in. But good news on the finance side - I've got enough money to buy TWO!!! I can still get the one I was planning to buy (link below) to rent out, and still have enough to buy a house for me and Orbs!
