Anyone ever install a bathroom where there wasn't one before? Just trying to grasp how much it might cost...

Is it another bathroom you're putting in, or just moving the one thats already there? I know absolutely nothing about installing bathrooms apart from obv the plumbing will need to be moved, which I imagine is a pain in the ass - but im guessing a bunch of men come and do all that! I think if you're adding more bathrooms you need to make sure the drain can cope or something so dont know if it might need changed.

Thats it, thats the extent of my property programme information!

Thanks hun - Linz suggested putting in a new bathroom and turning the old one into a utility room. I guess I'll just need to find a reliable plumber - if such a thing exists - and get some prices.

Hope you have figured out the bath costs... I think Claire's right about the areas to look at... Also best to keep drainage on the same side if you can ... Saves money xx

Put an offer of £135K in about 11.30am, so 10% below the asking price - but it turns out they've had no offers at all and it has been on the market for a long time, so I guess they will need to consider it carefully.

I've also stipulated that we need to exchange in three months or sooner.

Home now, it got really cold all of a sudden there brrr. Lamb, chicken and pork belly all just cooked, so I have a choice for din din tonight.

Heard from the agent, the owner sounded Ok with the offer and is going to talk to his wife - so should find out tomorrow. I'm going to try not to think about it now, because otherwise it could be a looooong night

Oh and thanks low carb, finished totm a week ago and got another one today! :cry:

Just so we're clear, I was liking the "owner sounded ok with it" and not the totm thing.

If it makes u feel any better, I had totm over christmas, then again for 2 weeks, just stopped a few days ago. But its thinking about coming back again.... That probably didnt make you feel any better at all, but I just want you to know that I share your pain

Well from my perspective i always used to get totm happening when i was well into ketosis and burning lots of fat. One theory was as drop fat, you are also dropping lots of hormones stored in it which causes extra ones. Therefore for me the upside is it meant i was losing well
