Lauren - I suspect there may be a few in the fruit ones - but outweighed (for me at least) by the fact that it's a good fat :)

Afternoon all - the cough and gunk returned last night so am working from home today, because it's just too unpleasant for work people to listen to. We went to the pub after work where I had three ciggies, and i guess that's what caused it to flare up again. So I've finally come to the realisation that I have to give up smoking. The non smokers among you won't understand this, I know, but I am absolutely terrified at the thought of even trying .

Anyhoo, food today - bit of a straight protein day, eggs, chicken and Debbie sossies. Don't feel like much else tbh.

There's a trend at work at the mo for the vapourisers. We have a shop nearby and they sell them in colours, patterns and dozens of flavours for the liquids. Set up cost is about £40 then a fiver after that for the liquids. One of the girls has candy floss flavour and it smells lovely lol. None of them are missing the fags! I want to give it a try at the end of the month.
You just have to eat what you fancy when you're unwell (NOT choc and cakes tho ;) )

Wow these things have really come a long way! I tried an e-cig years ago, but it wasn't very nice. Also love the case (very stylish). I think I might get one - I'm thinking black, rather than silver? Not sure about all the flavours though - are they tobacco flavoured with apple, candy floss, mint or whatever?

I've just worked out that if I did give up, not withstanding the cost of a vaporiser, I could buy the Italian house outright in two years' time...

TG I'm at home today - totm has arrived with a vengeance :(

Will def get the book, just checked and have ordered a gift set!!! Can't they all sound so amazing x
Glad you are feeling better susie x

Thanks hun - I want my own olive tree :)

Seriously though, the oils are amazing (except the thyme one, I didn't like that at all). have still to try the cocoa nib one yet :)

Tobacco and double mint - they're a bit cheaper @£3.50. I put down my work address on registration and think I may have (accidentally) got VAT off it oops :)

E-cigs seem to be really good for some people. I have a friend who really likes them. I hope they are a success for you :)

Thanks Lynne, will be interesting to see how I get on.

Back at work today, but decided to give in and see the doc this afternoon. The stuff I'm coughing up (sorry) is still infected, so it has gone beyond being a virus, I think.

Foodwise, all good though.

B - bacon and eggs
L - tuna, egg, cheese mayo salad
D - mustard burgers and cauli mash, I think.

Hi Hun sorry to hear the chest things still lingering - def in need if drs appointment.

Oh suse I'm so happy your thinking about quiting the fags xx. I quit 2years ago and have stayed quit. I honestly thought I'd be the last person to quit and failed badly time after time. I stopped after reading Alan Carrs 'easy way'. It really is a must must read, pm me your address and I will buy it for you. The nest thing is the author says you can continue to smoke while your reading the book. It really does work please give it a try cxxx.

Oh that is so sweet of you Busy, it really is - but I've bought the Kindle version - so will let you know how I get on! :)

And thanks FTW - I'm looking forward to the e-cigs too.

Hopefully these two things together will help me crack it!
