I have opened a Montepulciano D'Abruzzo to celebrate the contract signing for my new flat! We're still not home and dry yet - exchange tomorrow, then transfer the funds etc and get a move in date - but I would really be very unlucky for it all to go t*ts up at this stage.

Morning all

One happy girl here today Got all the paperwork signed, transferred lots of money cry and am just waiting to hear that we have officially exchanged. At the rate it's going, Meg, you'll be moved in before me!

Then dashed off to a Big Yellow Storage place this morning to sign all their paperwork for a 30Sqm space for the fridge freezer to be stored in when they pick it up today. Be amazed if it all goes according to plan

Sore head after the celebratory wine last night, and really felt like carbs this morning - but I resisted and had bacon and eggs instead

Yesterday ended up being a complete write off foodwise - sandwiches, battered fish and chocolate - but I'm back on track today!

B - Mattesons plus some left over courgette and spinach bake
L - Tuna with spinach and sugar snap peas, and mint oil and mayo dressing
D - pork loin with a smear of mustard and cauli mash
