Well done suzyflo! Keep it going. I missed my weigh in on friday, had a peak today and was 2 pound up on target. I'm sure I can get it down again. I wonder if it is the syns it the press ups, lol. I have deffo put muscle on my arms and shoulders plus chest has tightened up. My kids and mrs have noticed. Finished the 1000 today....
