Well done suzyflo! Keep it going. I missed my weigh in on friday, had a peak today and was 2 pound up on target. I'm sure I can get it down again. I wonder if it is the syns it the press ups, lol. I have deffo put muscle on my arms and shoulders plus chest has tightened up. My kids and mrs have noticed. Finished the 1000 today....

How's the shred?

I'm sure you'll be able to get that 2lb off again too, you seem to have the hang of maintaining, not surprised you've put on muscle though, you've completed those 1000 press ups in a record short time...well done you!
The shred is going good, still sticking to level one and doing every other day...I did another measure yesterday and I've lost another 2.5 inches so that's 11 inches lost overall with what I did before, not bad eh?!

Ta, yes it's nice to see who you're chatting with! Had an good day thanks Zoe, apart from the 6-6 shift at work...have been off today though which was nice,i usually work three on and three off but I don't work bank holidays, didn't do a great deal, just had a lazy day, at work again tomorrow then off for three again :) Hope you haven't had to work too hard on this bank holiday x

Have been to weigh in tonight, still on target so I'm happy very happy with that.
