Suzyflo's food diary....back on the wagon, target reached, now I need to stay there!!

Weighed in today 1lb under target - very happy with that :)

D: Been out for a meal tonight, was our wedding anniversary yesterday but I was at work so we have eaten out tonight.
steak with jacket potato, mushrooms, peas and tomato, onion rings (5?), red wine (12) didn't have a dessert out but had a w/w yogurt when we got home

Snacks: chocolate (3.5) crisps (5), whisky & diet coke x 2 (8)

Syns: way over tonight - 33.5 - I have a week to pull it back again.

Didn't get chance to add my food yesterday as I went out straight from work for a 'pre' reunion drink and didn't get back home until 11pm...then I needed to eat! Big reunion tonight, although I caught up with a few people at last night's drink there will be quite a few others to catch up with tonight, some of whom I won't have seen for 34 years!

Anyway food wise I had a bit of a deja vu day, I had exactly the same breakfast and lunch as yesterday so syns wise just the 1 syn for the banoffee yogurt so far.
Snacks were: 2 x apple, 2 x plum, 2x satsuma, graze box honey and lemon oat bites (6), baby bel light.
Dinner - if you can call it that, as it was far too late to mess about cooking, it was more of a quick snack really - 2 x slices of w/m toast with jam (2)
No syns consumed when I was out, I only had diet coke as I was driving.

I've got an extra day off work today so I'm going to make the most of the sunshine...have a good day everyone xx

How did the reunion go?

I have had a mental week, a full 7 days of mayhem. Started with son skippering his side in rugby league cup final last weekend, taking mrs quins out for Chinese buffet, going abroad for work around Europe until Thursday, then off to Warrington for another junior super league match (05.30 departure got home 10.30) I don't know what day it is ....... Yesterday included a pizza hut stop, starving....

Hi Quins, blimely you haven't half been busy, makes my life look very uneventful!
The reunion was good, there weren't as many there as I expected though, only about 10 more than I'd already seen on the Friday night and it was a lot easier to chat to the ones I met up with on Friday at the pub because on the Saturday night at the proper do there was this goddam awful band on which was really loud and it made it really difficult to talk and to hear conversations, but we all seemed to have a good night.
One of the girls has travelled up from Warrington on Friday, she was probably leaving as you were arriving! Here's a pic of a few of us, I'm second on the left.

A ray of sunshine! Aww that's nice, thanks :) I did get one or two compliments.

You certainly packed a lot in last week, time to put it all behind you...you know what to do, you'll get back to normal in no time :)

Thanks Quins - I'm determined to stay within target range. Ideally I want to be at the bottom end at 10 stone before I go on holiday in 2 weeks, so only a pound to go but probably easier said than done!!
