Proud to be a loser!!
Hi - I'm back!! We've had a good time, not done much, just lazing about and relaxing. Haven't gone too crazy food wise, I could have eaten much much more than I did but from today there will be no more 4 course breakfasts and dinners!! there will be a definite reduction on the alcohol front too!
Typically my breakfasts consisted of a bowl of porridge (I spied a microwave in the restaurant so thought I might as well make use of it) cheese and tomato omelette, pancakes with honey & sweetener and rounding off with a large plate full of fresh melon and pineapple - all of that would see me through the day until the evening meal when I would start with food choices from the salad bar followed by 2 or three meat choices and vegetables then a couple of small cakes/pastries with cold custard and rice pudding from the sweets table, followed by a dollop of ice cream - all very nice! Alcohol wise I've mainly been having whisky and diet coke and sangria.
I've decided to leave weigh in for this week and will get weighed on my usual Monday next week, I did get on the scales but was greeted with an 'err' message, they need a new battery so i'll just get one as and when I remember, don't think I will have put on any more than a couple of pounds though as my clothes are still all fitting perfectly fine.
