Holy flip, NOT a good night. Wine and bread, now bed! Just fed up Tired. Need a break. Holiday or something.b:(

Okay. New day.
Obviously struggled a bit last night. It all started with some garlic bread that had been left on the kitchen counter. Why oh why does bread make me so weak?

Food plan for the day;

Coffee milk sugar
Fruit and cottage cheese
SW quiche
Mugshot and fruit if I get snacky in the afternoon
More SW quiche, salad, Alpen bar for pud
Celery sticks and light cow cheese
Sleepytime tea

Let's see how closely I stick to it!

Tried to post earlier, but something went wrong... Have totally lost the plot lately, but hoping I can regain some control over the next couple weeks, get through Christmas and then go for it proper in the New Year.

Yesterday's food;
Coffee milk sugar 2 syns
Bowl of Special K with sliced banana and milk 5 syns
Satsuma
Two syn free sausages
Tea milk sugar 2 syns
2 slices of brown bread with marg 4 syns
2 bowls of syn free soup - sweet potato, b'nut squash, carrot, onion, celery, Spanish sausage and sweet chili sausage - all whizzed together, yummo
Red wine, slice of cheese 14 syns
Handful of peanuts 10 syns

HexA - milk
HexB - bread
Syns - 37 flippin' syns. All cuz I couldn't be arsed to keep track!!:argh:
Water - not enough
Exercise - housework, but non other than that

Well. Not much to say there, is there?

Wow, what a disaster my diet was over the weekend! Sorry, I know most people come on here to post about how healthily they've been eating, but um, I just can't right now.:sigh:
Even this morning, I had the Christmas tunes going, feeling all festive, dancing around the kitchen... and then BLAMMO, I accidentally ate a handful of snack mix I made (to giveaway as gifts!) Not even realizing what I was doing!

So, yeah. All is not lost tho! I haven't gone over my syns yet today and I think I can regain control.

Coffee milk sugar 2 syns
Satsuma
Snack Mix (6 syns)
Leftover Spag Bol
...and about to have a cup of tea.

Satsumas and spagbol my favs - it's nice to rock out to the Xmas tunes and it's so easy to do things on auto pilot - good luck today x x
 
Okay, never did get around to the cup of tea! Drank water instead...

Slice of ham and bite of cheese 3 syns)
Cottage pie - syn free but I did use a couple splashes of milk in the mash
Spoonful of lemon mousse 1 syn?

It's so hard to keep track of the syns when it's just little nibbles and munches of food my kids aren't eating!
My plan for the evening is to go up to bed as soon as I'm tempted to start nibbling.
 
Not sure I should bother posting, but am honestly trying to get myself back in the habit... Have failed miserably again. I ate so much bread the night before last, that it wreaked havoc on my tummy all day yesterday. :(
At work today so will nibble less - as long as I stay away from the treat table! Will go in armed with fruit and mugshots.

Merry belated Christmas, Bubble! At least you know where you are with your weight! I've gone off the deep end with my diet again so haven't bothered to weigh, post or even care what I've been stuffing (Mmmmmm, stuffing...) my face with. So sad. I'm starting to come out of my food coma though. Look forward to catching up, hon x

Just having a quick pop around everyone's diaries. Will be making a big effort to get myself under control as my weight is not only affecting the way my clothes fit and the way I feel about myself... My carpal tunnel issues are getting pretty bad again, (affecting my ability to do basic things sometimes, like tying my kids shoes, or putting my daughters hair in a ponytail) AND I've been given a couple weeks by my doc to get my blood pressure down - or will have to go on meds for it. :( Boooo.

Starting yoga again soon, think I will be taking a break from TKD for a while but might join the gym across the road instead. Have also picked up a cute diet journal book thing to help motivate me.

This is all just words though, isn't it, until I actually get off my butt and do something about it!

Oh moonbeam take it easy. Do you have special exercise for the CTS? Keep up with whats important for health and we will be slim one day.
Anyway you are not quite an elephant like me yet.:p

I got a load of SW friendly groceries delivered this afternoon, have a few days with of food planned out and have bought myself this pretty little journal for some extra motivation... Let a happy, healthy 2015 commence!! Xoxoxo

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY!! Wow - holy busy day! But omigosh, I have been SO good today - feeling all smug n'stuff :clap:
Let's see how long I last this time! Hahaha! Okay, no seriously, I weighed myself and took all my measurements today, as required by my new little Diet Doodle Diary, and I have actually now hit my biggest and heaviest weight. Ever.
I've had the warnings from the doc about blood pressure, and it being New Years, I've been quite reflective lately about the past year... I'm not happy. I'm sad, and I'm fat. I eat healthy during the day, and then pig-binge at night. And I rely too much on red wine for happy relaxation, and it's obviously not working.

I'm doing a January Dryathlon which not only give me a great kickstart but raise awareness and hopefully some money for Cancer Research.

Here's today:

B: black coffee, satsuma, beans, poached egg, bacon
S: spoonful of spaghetti hoops while feeding my wee dude.
L: huge mass of spinach with lean minced taco turkey, cottage cheese and a plop of my homemade syn free salsa - yummy taco salad!
S: nibbled on cooked pasta while getting supper ready
D: grilled salmon, broccoli, carrots, pasta, mullerlight banoffee for pud (1 syn)
S: Benefit Light bar and small glass of milk

Now just steeping my Snore and Peace tea before bed!

Exercise - not enough
Water - not enough
HexA & Bs - cereal bar and milk
Syns - 1
