HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY!! Wow - holy busy day! But omigosh, I have been SO good today - feeling all smug n'stuff :clap:
Let's see how long I last this time! Hahaha! Okay, no seriously, I weighed myself and took all my measurements today, as required by my new little Diet Doodle Diary, and I have actually now hit my biggest and heaviest weight. Ever.
I've had the warnings from the doc about blood pressure, and it being New Years, I've been quite reflective lately about the past year... I'm not happy. I'm sad, and I'm fat. I eat healthy during the day, and then pig-binge at night. And I rely too much on red wine for happy relaxation, and it's obviously not working.
I'm doing a January Dryathlon which not only give me a great kickstart but raise awareness and hopefully some money for Cancer Research.
Here's today:
B: black coffee, satsuma, beans, poached egg, bacon
S: spoonful of spaghetti hoops while feeding my wee dude.
L: huge mass of spinach with lean minced taco turkey, cottage cheese and a plop of my homemade syn free salsa - yummy taco salad!
S: nibbled on cooked pasta while getting supper ready
D: grilled salmon, broccoli, carrots, pasta, mullerlight banoffee for pud (1 syn)
S: Benefit Light bar and small glass of milk
Now just steeping my Snore and Peace tea before bed!
