Serena I've done every bloody diet going! Here's my issues: pros and cons:
Weight watchers: I know it too well and lose interest in pointing but the portion control thing is good for me.
Slimming world: nice and healthy foods but portion control is easily a problem
Calorie counting: feel too restricted and always immediately feel
Hungry when my daily cal allowance is up but I like the freedom of foods.
Dukan diet: bloody expensive but good quick weight loss
Clean eating: best plan for me with my exercise I do but very expensive!
Oh and Cambridge, best quick fix diet I've ever done. i lost weight and have kept it off but it's so expensive. After children I'll defo do Cambridge again to get my weight back down. It literally changed my life! X
You're like a diet guru! Is Cambridge the one you've lost most weight with? I've done WW, SW, Rosemary Conley, Jordan Juice Diet, Slimfast and Calorie Counting! X
Hahaha you an be 2nd in line then!!! Yeah I started at 12st 2 and got down to 9st 11 in 10 weeks. I didn't cheat, I was a saint and it worked! At the end of the day, they ALL work if I follow them to plan! Xxx
That's very true! I think WW is the only one I don't cheat on as I have the weeklies! Thats an incredible loss in 10 Weeks tho, when I think I'm coming towards the end of my 10th Week and I've only lost a stone in comparison! X
Yes but this is extreme, at least with ww, you're eating real food hahaha! I would definitely do it again tho but only if I needed to. I had a holiday booked with lots of friends, male ones too and I just knew I had to get it off and quick! Honestly, I was a saint for 10 weeks. It was so hard and I mean really really hrd but it paid off. I love it but if anyone ever says to me about doing it, I always say only do it if you're going to do it 100%. It's so tough and just simply wouldn't e worth the pain if its not going to be done properly. It really made me reassess my relationship with food. When u can't have food, it really makes you think. I was craving fruit and vegetables haha! Xxx
Just had a chicken drumstick and light mayo in a 50/50 bread sandwich and a coffee with Hazlenut milk! Beaut!!! That's me done now. Tomorrow sees the start of the holiday clean eating blitz!
Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs
Snack: cashew nuts
Lunch: pea and creme fraiche soup
Orange
Dinner: peri peri pork loin, SP chips and corn on the cob
Greek yogurt and mixed berries with honey
Craving Fruit and Veg, that's a new one on me! Is it expensive doing Cambridge? X
I used to love Hazelnut Milk in Coffee, it tasted like Ferrero Rocher! Good Luck with the Clean Eating Blitz! X

After my holiday which is on August 9th for a week, I'm looking to start slimming world. Haven't done weight watchers for ages properly and as I said earlier, have cancelled my subscription! My cousin goes on a Saturday morning so I think I'm going to go with her. I like to weigh in the morning too. I feel like I shouldn't really post in this section as I don't follow weight watchers anymore but don't want to leave you all haha!!! Plus I'm not starting until I get back from hols.
We will just follow u to the dark side ;-) I think Friday or Saturday is good to WI, then u can have a treat at the weekend without feeling guilty! X
