I've made some sugar free jelly for dessert later too and put some mixed berries in it baked sweet potato is in the oven and I've decided I'm having a whole tin of beans as I had 4PP left. Dinner later is salmon in garlic butter, green beans and Babycorn. OH will have the same but with a baked sweet potato. I'm also tracking calories to see how many cals I'm roughly eating each day. I'd love to be at target in 4 weeks which is do-able if I give this my all!!!
Dinners for the week include:
Salmon n veg

Prawn stir fry
Chicken n chorizo pasta
Jut about to plan tomorrows food

Also I bought chorizo in a dinky shop with all fab farm produce and all organic and natural ... Bought a tube of chorizo ... Pealed the plastic stuff off ... Chopped and fried the sausage but there was a taste off it that I wasn't gone on :-/
Possibly the wrapping ? Done it with a mascarpone sauce, peppers onion etc ... Mmm

Went gym, was tough haha and came back to have my fish n veg; was lovely. Jelly n berries to finish. Gym again tomorrow and food as planned earlier x
Do you happen to know if your jelly is Suitable for veggies? I've not been able to find a suitable one in Asda :-( x
It's the hartleys one so I doubt it. I think holland and Barrett sell a veggie one x
