Morning
OH is back at work today so the eating should me much healthier than it has been since I've been back!!! Going into work today to do some bits, then I have tuition, then gym!!! Think I'll do a bolognaise tonight for dinner.
My sprained ankle has flared up from my sat and Sunday gym classes and am going to see the physio at the gym to have a look. Something's clearly not right there!!
it's really frustrating! I'm managing to do the classes ok but I need to get my running back and it's just too risky at the mo! If I run when I shouldn't, I'll just get injured further so I need to get him to check it x
