Hi Tanya, love your new signature photo, you and the BF look really gorgeously tanned and happy. Just got back to work after 1 week in Cornwall, plus a couple of extra days as my OH's mum and youngest son flew in from the U.S.A. Monday night to stay with us for a month, which is lovely. Want to wish you all the best for getting back to your goal a.s.a.p. I know if anyone can do it...YOU can. xxx
 
Yes I think so. You'll probably drop a chunk this week if you don't go mad at your 'do-s'. Don't stress about it though, that won't help. Just do the best you can, that way you'll get the best results possible. Even if you don't quite make the 12.5 you'll know you couldn't have done any better. xx

If i am doing my best Jan thats all i can do isnt it!

Will be sticking to vodka and diet coke on my do's, pretty much the best thing of a bad lot right?

Will have to let my friend have the free champagne at the summer ball ... :sigh: lol

Tanya, you will continue to feel crappy if you only eat 646 calories in a day. Its nowhere near enough chick, you really need to aim for at least 1000. Its okay just to have an odd day like that, but I wouldnt make a habit of it.

Do you think i should have some more kidney beans in my dinner to make up more calories? That would take it to just over 900 for today ...
 
Took your advice mary - had 1 small apple chopped up with a low fat yog over the top - divine!! :D
 
Im glad about that Tanya - you do know that not eating enough is just as bad as over-eating. Making sure you are full up at meals also avoids the temptation to pick later hun.
 
Day 3 back on track

B - LT Shake (141 calories)

L - Prawn Salad (239 calories)
Raw carrots and extra light dip (84 calories)

D - Baked chargrilled spiced chicken with cauliflower mash and 1tbsp extra light mayo (231 calories) AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! :)

S - 1 apple, 1 banana chopped up with a LF yogurt over the top (243 calories)

Extra light cheese triangle (20 calories)

Calories today: 952

Went to the chemist earlier and picked up a weeks worth of LT Chocolate shakes and 7 maintainence bars - should keep me going for a good few weeks, hopefully untill around the 17th when i am guna go back to 3 meals a day. weekends i will use the maintainence shakes/whip/soups i have so will only need to use the LT ones on weekdays for work! :)

Feeling a lot more positive today. Probably because i did a little retatil therapy for my holiday to Turkey. Got a pink strapless bikini for just £3!!!! A dress for a £5!!!!! and some new pants in size 12/14! :D whoooooooooooo!! :giggle:

Day 4 Back on track

D - Baked Salmon, poached egg and cooked vegetables (321 calories)

S - Carrots & extra light dip (110 calories)
1 small apple (50 calories)
Sugar free polos (20 calories)

Calories Today: 913


Never had a poached egg before but thought what the hell try it! Loved it! And before LT i would have never had a bit of egg and a bit of salmon on my fork at the same time as i used to eat things seperatly but a bit of egg and salmon at the same time in my mouth :drool:

Tomorrow i have a summer ball which involves a sit down meal and drinks so am guna be extra cautious tomorrow and probably have a shake for breakfast and lunch and then my meal at the ball.

Day 5 back on track

B - LT Maintainence bar (204 calories)

L - 2 carrots (30 calories) Ham (100 calories) Extra light cheese triangle (20 calories) Extra light dip (25 calories) tried the LT whip for lunch, i was amazed at how much it made! I took 2 mouthfulls and couldnt stand any more it was rank!

D - Off to the summer ball tonight so i have ordered:

Prawn salad for starters and the salmon for main.

if the salmon comes with pots i wont eat them but tonight will involve some smirnoff ;)

S - Low fat yogurt (98 calories)

Calories today (not including meal and drinks at the ball) : 477

lol!! The ball was fantastic and the meal was lovely!! I didnt have the bread that came with the starter, nor did i have the pots with the main and i didnt eat the desert! Very proud of myself for that one! lol
