Morning all, scales are my friend today with another 2lb off! Long day today, have a good day everyone

Why are you up so early Nomad? It's a busy day today, 10 hours non stop

Got up at 0330 to take my aunt to the coach station and can't get back to sleep :-(

That is a long day x

Wow that's an early start for a coach trip!

She's going to Manchester to see Take That. Bayley has now decided to start running in his sleep which isn't helping me get back to sleep - well neither is being on here!!!!

Didn't know you like Take That!?! She's obsessed with Mark Owen!

I like them more as they are now than when we were kids. I liked them then but I think they have definately improved with age
