SHOCKING 4 pound gain, very very upset, 5 pounds to get back to target range and 8 pounds to actually get back to target which I know is no that much but just so cross with myself for letting myself do this :-(
Even ended up in tears in group, everyone was so nice but i now feel worse for breaking down
Oh no, I'm sorry to you were so upset in class Dont feel bad about it, as I'm sure you'd be equally supportive to any of the other members if you were in their position. We're all there for each other
So you had a gain, but you went to class you faced it and you're ready to move on from it. Is that right ? You can draw a line under the gain and start again.

I love a picnic too, I often made hubby and I picnic type food even if its horrid weather outside and we'll eat it at home! Our favourite is cheese and pineapple I hope the weather is nice for you.

5) Smoked fish and vegetables
6) Sweet chilli chicken with sweet potato fries and veg
7) Chilli
8) monk fish wrapped in spinach and parma ham
9) Prawn stir fry
10) Roast chicken dinner
Pain pain pain today :-( Have another's doctor's appointment next week with a specialist.
Thanks for the well wshes interview went well but not sure where it will go suspect they will take someone less experienced but cheaper but could be wrong.

Need to use up everything in my fridge that got accidently frozen the other day so making stir fry/quiche and veg sauce

4 x 2.5 and 6 syns worth of mikados (16 syns total)
Ate really early so may have some sw quiche later. and some pineapple.
