I love melon, I do like werthers too.... proper werthers are so tasty! Much better than the aldi sugar free werthers type of sweets (wouldnt touch them again, belly ache after eating 4 of them).

Well done on the running, thats brilliant progress :)

Bit of a mish mash day due to an empty fridge and a meeting tonight

breakfast

melon (a whole melon !!!!)

lunch this is a strange combo but was delicous
quorn sausages (these were the best ever ones and I hear they now have one syn each :-() 3 syns

carrot and swede mash
now very full

at meeting ....no idea
It is a taster meeting I am taking 1 syn lemon buns

will take some fruit/ hi fi bar for an emergency snack on the way home if i stay green and i am hungry.
************ tasters of quiche, couscous, smash pizza, rice cake and meringue nest with strawberries.

Is that a prebought layered cheese salad, if so, where is it from?
 
No it is the slimming world one most prebought ones would be very high in syns

It is just layers of lettuce, grated carrots, sweetcorn, cucumber, cheese,onions (any other salad veg you want really) and then 42 g reduced fat grated cheese. Then 1 lvl tblsp of extra light may mixed with 1 tblsp of fromage frias for the dressing

Hello - yep Mondays swing around very quickly ! You've had some very good looking days, very on plan and running ;)

Wow - I'm shocked to hear that quorn sausages have syns ! Is it just the best ever ones ? Not sure if I've had them.

It is just the best ever ones but ALL the ones in asda now say best ever. Going to run them through the calculator again to check them but i am quite sure i am right. They are tasty but not sure they are worth a syn each they did taste lovely but i hadn't had any for ages so not sure if they are different.

I have been very OP and frustrated very much with todays sneak peak (i know i know!!) Busy trying to ignore it, just had to talk myself out of having a little bit of choc and have been fighting peanut butter and nutella cravings all day !!
 
EEEEEEKKKK stay strong on the peanut butter and chocolate cravings - you can do it :) If you know you can have it within syns, then do (and enjoy every mouthful) but if you're eating it in rage at the sneaky peak its not going to taste so nice.

I survived yesterday but today is already a bit iffy Arghhhhhhhhhh. I will not have any more syns today !!!

Woo hoo, well within syns for the week, even with cake batter :) I need to take a leaf out of your book and try to keep my syns lower......ah sometimes its hard work isnt it! I hope your day turned out well and you had a nice lunch out :)
 
I am proud of this past week. I wish I could bake cakes without tasting the batter but I am getting better at not using a few (generous) tastes do not send me into a binge. Especially as star week is imminent. !

1 pound loss in group today!

I have decided to change my food diary week from wednesday to tuesday to thursday to wednesday. Just a slight tweak but feel like a nice treat on wednesdays with any remaining points would be something to look forward to on busy wednesdays.

which means today doesn't belong to last week or next week oooh does that mean today doesn't exist so i can eat anything LOL
No seriously today I will aim for 10 to 15 syns as we have a taster in group tonight.

Then for next week i am going to keep my syns close to 5 per day as on saturday we are out to a friend's for dinner and he cooks everything in butter and always has lots of choc around so will flexi syn it but would still like a loss next week so need lots of speed and extra good at all other times.

Very well done on your pound loss :) I like your thinking of swapping your diary start and end days, it sounds like that will work out well for you.
 
I always think i will have more time for food in tasters then I do :-( Some gorgeous food today, espcially the 1/2 syn roulade but it disappeared in a flash.

I had one choc blueberry muffin ( 1 syn, (1 carrot cake scan bran bite ..... did not like this as all ) 1 syn, some chilli 1 syn so well within my 15 today.

Thursday 16th June - EE day
