All sounding very yummy. I really love flapjack, I think you did really well to stop at one to be honest :) Also thumbs up for not having a treat in starbucks yesterday! Even if you're not hitting a 70syn week, you're still on track..... I hope the pain is settling and the specialist can do more for you next week.

I have had a rough week not really diet wise but life wise. Actually proud fo the fact I have not lost the plot even though I have felt like it !!

Had a 2 pound gain on wednesday, completley undeserved but think i was retaining water.

No working hard on being good until I go on holiday on monday :)

The best thing that happened this week that I forgot to share was that I was told by latest doctor that I am ok to run but start with just 2 minutes and add one or two minutes every couple of days.

So ran yesterday and today :) Here is my next 10 days rehab plan

Well back from holiday and had a fab time ran every day :) I am now up to 12 minutes and walked loads but also ate half of conrwall so onto serious damamge limitation now !!! as scales say a massive 7 and 1/2 pound gain !!!

Good to 'see' you back! Sounds like you had a good time, especially where the running is concerned :) I've been toying with trying a run again, not been since I had issues with my knee last year. I was told I should start on the treadmill but we do have alot of flat routes here, so I could have a go if I really wanted to. I'm so impressed that you've built up to 12mins. That must feel like real progress :)

Your damage limitation looks good. Plenty of melon and water should help!

ended up picking at flapjack yesterday :-( but besides that stuck to plan and did not have the kit kat. Not perfect but still quite happy.

Have another job interview tonight so a bit of a rushed day.

work 8 till 6
home at 6.30 and a quick run 6 to 14 minutes depending on time
quick change then back out for an interview at 7.30

Will eat all my meals at work today

eating at kids gym but either ham salad or jacket and beans

Happy to report a sts at group today now i have 4 weeks left of my countdown and need to lose 5 to 10 pounds (maybe 10 is wishful thinking !!! LOL) But 5 would have me back in my target range.

Well done on your great days eating, especially with having the stress of an interview too. Well done on your stay the same too (your damage limitation has definitely paid off) maintaining your weight loss :) Go for it and I'm sure you'll get back into target range ! Oh I cant wait to be saying those words -target range- too !!

Do you think melon helps ? It certainly helps fill me up, I love it :)

planning a 14 minute run :) I have now run 13/14 days not far but really enjoying it. Today I did 6 and then friday 7 and saturday 7 again and sunday 16 !!
************** RAN 17 minutes :) May try 20 on sunday.
