Woah - thats some serious planning ahead there! Great idea though, planning definitely helps to keep us on track :) Your Thursday breakfast and lunch are very similar to mine -yummy melon and pineapple combo!

I'm with you on the baking tonight! Lets stay strong and report back :)

Ok cake number one in oven and no licking of spoon etc just about to start cake 2 but i just stuffed myself with dinner so maybe safe.

Also have a reward planned of a treat size dairy milk maybe even two after all baking is successfully completed and run done.(even if only 5 minutes)

Go Teresa !!!!! I'm really impressed with you completing the baking challenge :)

Its really helped me to know that you've been baking tonight too and resisting! Also I too had a big tea before the baking began, that definitely helped.

Have a good weekend and be proud!

Hows the week going for you ? Are you back on plan ? Ohhh quark and lemon curd sounds lovely :)

have been a bit quiet as 2 out of the last four days have been rubbish and a bit disappointed with myself.

Trying to think of lessons I have learned

1) I am still not the kind of person that can have multibags of chocolate in the house even if they are treat size

2)I still need to work on the all or nothing approach

But it is weigh in day (and taster day at my wi group) so A fresh syn week starts tomorrow. I will face the scales and the inevitable gain. And plough forward.

Teresa

Hi Teresa

I hope your group went well. A fresh week indeed, a fresh week to focuss on and put last week behind you. I'm also very mindful of the two lessons you mention. Its strange the multipack situation because sometimes I feel that I can manage and other times there's no way in the world that I could have a multipack or even a whole box of cereal in the house. Be aware of how you react with multipacks does help though :)

The all or nothing approach is hard to break and I wont pretend to be cured of it myself, but the kinder and more forgiving you can be to yourself the easier it is to level out the ups and downs.

Looking forward to seeing your menus for the new week!
