Yeah back in target range, 3 pounds to get to my actual target .

I think i may have a touch of heat stroke, i ran to group this morning and it was very hot and humid and i did not drink enough. Feel a bit light headed and actually have not been able to finish my lunch which NEVER happens! I wil save the rest for snack

I was going to have a day off of SE today but my lunch ended up being a success express lunch and it just seems to hot for mac and cheese. It will be either SE or green

breakfast
grapes and a hi fi (heb)

lunch
big salad with home made potato salad

tea
57 g wholemeal bread (heb)
dairy lea light and tomatoes (hea)
beetroot, pickled onions cucumber

raspberries and fromage frais

syns
2 small biscuts (2 syns)
flake or maltesers (8 1/2 or 9 1/2)
 
Today will be a green day it is raining and much cooler than yesterday so will have my pasta n sauce

Eggs, beans, tomatoes and mushrooms

Lunch

pasta n sauce with leeks and ham (hea ) 2 syns

dinner
57 g wholemeal roll
dairylea light (heb x 2)
with lots of tomaotoes

raspberries and yogurt

Minimins has been awful for the last few days. I think it is a problem with virgin media as fine at work.

On a mission to lose 2 1/2 pounds in 3 weeks here is my plan

Week 1 5/7 green days syns close to 10 (other 2 EE or SE)
Week 2 5/7 success express day syns close to 10 (other 2 green or red)
Week 3 will reapeat whichever of the two weeks is most successful

Well wednesday and thursday were a disaster I realise now it was all prompted by an off hand comment my OH made. I am a bridesmaid next year and my dress just arrived, i tried it on for hubby and commented that i needed to tone my upper arms back etc and he said only fat loss will make a real difference there .... As I am practically at target and he could do with losing 4 + stone this did not go down well!! So i pigged out for two days then decided that was not getting me anywhere and have been back on plan since thursday night.

Now my mission is to really work hard to get to the bottom of my target and tone the area and prove my hubby wrong !

10 1/2 syns out to a pub for a lovely meal also ran 9 1/2 miles

salad LOADS (2 syn for pineapple 2 syns for red devil dressing)
9 1/2 syns for icecream :)

I'm sorry you had a blip on weds/thurs. Sounds like you are back to it now though! Proving hubby wrong could be a big motivator for you !!!

You can do it and I'm sure you'll be looking great in your dress :)

WOW what a busy weekend but very pleased how i have turned it all around in spite of eating out 3 times and had tons of body magic

Tomorrow a low syn green day I think is the order of the day

Wow where does the time go?

Need to see my diary on here again to keep my focus while i am busy, I am between nannying jobs at the moment but very very busy getting ready to relaunch my group on tuesday so lots of promo stuff.

2 shortcake biscuits 5 syns (so not worth it !!)

Hi Teresa its good to have you back! You all ready for the relaunch on Tuesday? Im guessing its a big job as our c was panicing about it last night as she is relaunching on the 22nd at a different venue in Sinfin x x
 
Hi thanks for stopping by. I still have lots I want to do before tuesdays relaunch but yes basically I am ready. Tomorrows big task is the last 1200 leaflets to be delivered.

I have a rotten cold today and actually both yesterday and today ended up taking a nap, not like me at all !! But really needed it. My body is also extremely achy from 3 days of jillian michaels 30 day shred .. i swear it is the best workout dvd ever !!!!!!!!!!!! Only 20 minutes a day but boy can you feel that you have been working out.
