I think i may have a touch of heat stroke, i ran to group this morning and it was very hot and humid and i did not drink enough. Feel a bit light headed and actually have not been able to finish my lunch which NEVER happens! I wil save the rest for snack
I was going to have a day off of SE today but my lunch ended up being a success express lunch and it just seems to hot for mac and cheese. It will be either SE or green
