Texty's Back - Plain and Simple

You can't let it drop hun. How old is your MIL? Sounds odd for them to ask what her husband thinks when it's her care x

She is 75 and she is fully compus mentus she is a very intelligent lady. A nurse came to see her at home yesterday to do her blood pressure etc and when she asked the doctor why she had sent a nurse the docs reply was " I didnt I dont know where she came from and who sent her" WTF!!!

I am so angry

OMG that's scary! They don't seem to know what they're doing.

This is right up your street hun, give them a shock! It's unbelievable how they can treat people x

That sounds really awful about your MIL, I hope she responds well and recovers quickly now that she is being properly cared for, and I hope she takes your advice and makes a proper complaint!

Just caught up with your diary, can't believe how you MiL has been treated, I know you'll get things sorted for her.

Your food does look brill, I can't decide what to eat today (I do plan ahead), but fancy, cauliflower, cabbage & now I've just seen your beetroot & fancy that, grrrrrrrr oh & chicken & fish, fancy them as well!

Enjoy your time off work xx

Morning hunni, how are you? just catching up on everyones diary. Hope your mil is ok, thats shocking the way they have treated her. the NHS is terrible now, i had a doc act like that with my baby when she was born, he couldn't care less, very sad. Hope she recovers well hun. Oh and glad you got that last chair done lol;) xxxxx

Good afternoon everyone - its another glorious one yayyyyyy. Just been to the shops to get some bits and bobs - making a toffee scanbran cake later and a quiche I think. I have some turkey left to use up.

According to the hospital MIL had a comfortable night ( they always say that dont they), I know she didnt cos she has text lol. As well as the 2 girls that were already in who were pi$$ed, the police brought another one in last night and handcuffed her to the effing bed!!! why dont they just dump em somewhere!!!! 75yr old ladies shouldnt be on the same ward as these waste of spaces arghhhhh

Rant over (for now).

Hows everyone??

No idea hun - I think she is hoping they let her out tomorrow but I cant see it myself. They have done all sorts of blood tests etc so they will have to look at results of those first

Definitely not I hate them - every time I go I get a knot in my stomach as its the last place I saw mam before she passed. Then smell knocks me sick

Your MIL must be rely fed up. They should just put the drunks in another ward! Completely self-inflicted. And as for the handcuffed one! Din't get me started on my political box in relation to our prison system!

Must be awful for you having to go back and forth feeling like that. X

Hi hun OH was on his soap box last night about us taxpayers etc whilst we sat there in the ward lol.

Hopefully they will let her home tomorrow, she has an appt on the 24th for a heart scan, why they cant do it whilst shes in there I dont know!!

Im just waiting for daughter n son in law getting here then were going to sit in the garden for a while. She has been visiting this afternoon .

Keep our fingers crossed they let her home soon then. I don't know why they don't do it whilst she's already there either, would make sense in terms of time and resources x
