I'm good thank you, just had my first week of 100% on plan for quite a while, have done daily weigh ins and the scales have showed a steady loss all week, I was down by 6.4lbs this morning.

I was in Norfolk last week on holiday and ate so much crap that I felt so ill when I got back and just had to have a week of eating well to make me feel human again. I've found it really easy this week and haven't craved for anything, I would like to say that I am back on track but wouldn't want to jinx it! lol x
 
Lol what day are you going to do your official WI? You will have done fab and good for you getting back on track x

Thursday mornings are my real weigh in... so nervous for tomorrow.
Although I first started in January I have lost very little but hoping that I can lose 2.5 stone by Christmas, I'm currently at 13lb lost and hoping for at least 5lb off tomorrow

Im trying to think of filling meals for over the weekend as im out on Saturday night. Im meeting my daughter on Saturday morning for a cuppa and possibly lunch so will probably get a jacket spud.

Im in on my own for tea tomorrow night so can do a stir fry or something - need my thinking cap on lol
