Dinner - Scan bran cake with grapes and chocolate buttons (random I know but had a big brekki)

Tea - Pork Steak with Rice and Salad and balsamic glaze

Drinks - Pepsi Max, Tea

Snacks - None

Syns - Chocolate buttons (4) Oil (2) Sugar (1) Milk for cuppa (0.5) scan bran cake (2) Total (9.5)
