Syns - Sugar (1) Rice (1.5) Tikka Masala Sauce (7) Scan Bran Cake(2) Total 11.5

I could have devoured what the lads had but thought nope I will be good, they had lamb chops all the fat left on, home made chips, fried egg and peas, then decided to have loads of WHITE bread with lashings of flora I was drooling lol
