Brekkie - SB cake, rice pudd, grapes, plum, satsuma

Dinner - 2 x NuMe Cumberland Sausages, mushrooms, onions egg, toast

Tea -Tikka chicken stir fry and SW chips, gherkins, pickled onions

Drinks - Tea, Pepsi Max

Snacks - Crunchie, Cheese, pickles

Syns - SB cake (2.5) Sugar (1) Wholemeal bread (2.5) Crunchie (9.5) Sausages (2) Total 17.5
