Texty's Back - Plain and Simple

They sure do hun

im trying to plan meals for the week whilst im off work. Beef dinner tonight means OH and son can take beef sarnies for dinners tomorrow, there will be loads left so may do a beef curry tomorrow night. Im making gammon broth for Weds night which will be ready just to dish up when I get in from WI. Ive got warburtons squarish wraps for thurs gonna make pizzas, and Friday will be either fish n chips or burgers.

Lunches will be soup for me, OH is off Thurs and Friday so hoping to get my decorating done, I have my car in for its MOT on thurs and ive got an appt at docs on Friday morning about my back.

Busy busy!! Food sounds great for the week hun.... I think my scales crept up a bit when I first had the rice pudding as I was eating so much of it lol... They soon came down, don't worry too much hun.. You're doing great :)

How's your Monday going ? I had an ok weekend. I have been eating a lot but trying to keep it to free food as much as possible. Plenty of soups in this weather :) . I've been experimenting this weekend in the kitchen with some new recipes. I love to cook, especially when everyone' s ready to wash up for me :p . I have been using all my syns last week but not gone over. It's the biscuit tin again :rolleyes: . Don't know how people manage to have tea or coffee by itself. You have to have biccy's with them :D . I think I will sts tomorrow, but I will be happy with that. I like your meals plans for the week. Sounds well yummy. Would love to see some pics :) .

Well done Slinky_F! Brilliant achievement, well deserved for keeping the faith. Now then Slinky_F , you have been having some Chinese curry sauce , made me fancy it like crazy. I can't get the Mayflower one , tried Tesco, Morrisons, Aldi , Lidl... Can only get Goldfish Chinese Hot and Spicy Curry Sauce.

Anyone know what the syns are in this one?


Anyone watching the RL World Cup? France v Samoa , what a brutal game! I'm sure you ladies are all signed up to Premier Sports, no?

Ive had a good day thanks hun. Its great your keeping within your syns even if it is biscuits. We have to have a treat otherwise we would go potty lol

Ive made a BNS and carrot soup today, OH will take some of that for the next couple of days for his lunches along with bread buns. Ive got leftovers from a couple of meals to use up for mine. Waste not want not eh lol. Aww ill keep my fingers crossed for you for WI.

Ive added a couple of pics for the last couple of days. I plan to make a massive pan of Broth on weds nom nom. OH doesnt like it, son will have dumplings in his. I may have 1 as its WI night :D keep me posted on your WI hun xx

Hi Quins - the syn value isnt on the list but if you give me the pack size and nutritional info ie calories, fat etc I can work it out for you?

Thanks Michelle - Im hoping it all works out lol - im trying to use stuff up out of the freezer before we get paid and go shopping again. I plan to go to the local meat wholesalers at the beginning of Dec, they also have a deli, a bakery, a dairy and fish counter I spend a fortune there lol. Its well worth it though :D

I'm trying to buy as little as possible, we go on hols nxt Friday & I hate waste so only buying what I know we'll use.

I went to the market today & bought some chicken breasts, he always says 'those are nice big breasts love' makes me giggle everytime, in fact that's probably why I go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!
