Oddly enough I was just drafting up the recipe for my site lol!
Stats:
Whole Cake: 15 syns
Serves 6 (2.5 syns per slice)
(10 if using Scan Bran as a Healthy Extra B Choice) *
Ingredients:
* Syns listed are for all plans (Red, Green & Extra Easy). Using the Scan Bran as a Healthy Extra would involve eating the whole cake. . . which whilst easily doable is probably not advisable!

Ingredients:
- 5 Scan Bran
- 2 Eggs
- 2 sachets Options Belgian Chocolate
- 1/2 cup of Sweetener (Splenda works well)
- 1 Curly Wurly
- Preheat your oven to 180 °C, and line a suitable cake tin (I like using loaf tins for scan bran cake. Not sure why, they just seem to work well)
- Soften the scan bran using a little hot water, and mash with a fork.
- Beat the eggs and add to the mixture, along with the Options Chocolate and Sweetener.
- Mix into a gloopy batter!
- Chop up the Curly Wurly and stir in to the batter.
- Add the mixture to the lined tin and pop in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until firm and springy to the touch.
- Set the tin aside and leave to cool a little, before turning out on a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice into 6 portions.
