Didn't feel very good last night and went to bed early without dinner...
Still not hungry, getting a yoghurt down..and coffee...can't live without!
Oh and it's 20 pounds off today! whooo!
Just cycled to town and back to get a little bbq. I never done that. Cycled on my day off somewhere. I do always cycle everywhere but only if I have to go to work or school. I feel skinnier, fitter, healthier and more enegetic! Bring on the bbq and low calorie meat free sausages and salad! lol. (I do love them though )
Lost 2 pounds last week. Yay! I did skip couple of dinners though. And had a bbq and couple of boozy nights. Did manage to stay sensible though.. At the bbq only had 1 homemade burger...in a half of brown pitta bread with lots of salad. And then I had 2 veggie sausages with more salad...and veggie and hallomi skewers. It is possible to have healthy bbq!
I'm really obsessed with my little bbq now. Made grilled chicken there for dinner last night. It was brilliant - so yummy. And healthy. Making lamb there tonight.
Going to have a day out today. Going on a 10 mile walk in North Yorkshire..Got my lunch backed already...It'll be a lovely day..
Another day off...Would enjoy it more if I wouldn't know that I've got loads of college work to do Maybe I should just do it
I was thinking that i'll try to write down my water consumption too then It's easier to track it. I think I don't have enough. Especially when I'm at home.
Thank you! I would have never thought it's possible. I think I'm just stubborn not motivated. lol. I kind of had given up and though it's just me and I can't change it. And was looking at the world around me not feeling part of it. It's the lack of confidence and self belief. But hey, if I can do it anyone can! I slowly feel the part again and it feels great! This is my motivation I guess...

Quite a bit drinking during weekend...3 am pizza...bbq yesterday...( I did have low fat meat free sausages but I think 5 of them was too much plus 2 brown pittas)
I will put it down as STS this week without weiging myself. Oh I'm so good at being in denial. LOL
